Rams Draft Jordyn Tyson: First WR in 9 Years

0:00On March 19th, Mott Drafts are buzzing with Arizona Statewide Receiver Jordan Tyson, linked to the Los Angeles Rams at pick number 13 in the 2026 NFL Draft. In aggregated projections, he's shown up in about 5% for the Rams, their second most common receiver pick there. It would mark the first time General Manager Les Sneed takes a wide out in the first round since Taibon Austin back in 2013. Tyson's shown in his 2024 college season, grabbing 75 passes for 1,101 yards and 10 touchdowns. He topped the big 12 in yards per route run, outpacing several recent high draft picks from that conference. As 6 foot 2 and 203 pounds, Tyson blin's size, strength and sharp route quickness was strong hands for contested catches. His 26 bench press reps tied for the top among receivers at the combine, and his game speed makes him a deep threat. Rotational peace who could grow into a top option for the Rams offense.
