It's a full audio-visual set of showcasing the K-I-D-A Minesia film, crafted by frontman Tom York and artist Stanley Donwood, back during the Kid-A and Amnesiac album sessions. Kicks off Friday, April 10th, at the Festival's bunker venue for both weekends. All Coachella ticket holders can dive in for the 75-minute film, synced to tracks from those classic albums with five screenings daily in a band, Cooled Space. Those LPs dropped in 2000 and 2001, from the same recording sessions, but released separately. They got reissued together as K-I-D-A Minesia in 2021, packing and unreleased demos. The film started as a virtual walking simulator when COVID killed in-person plans. After Palm Springs, it tours North America.
