About the guest

Rachel Oslund is a female home inspector in a male-dominated profession. She has inspected homes for over 10,000 hours and volunteered with real estate related organizations for over 10,000. No other home inspector in the country has the breadth and depth of knowledge about both real estate and home inspections, and she loves educating herself and our clients through her work. She also serves on the Howard County Association of Realtors Board of Directors where she is the Chair of the Education Committee, and is the Maryland Governor’s Appointee to the Commission of Appraisers and Home Inspectors.

Her mission is to educate and empower real estate agents to be able to educate and empower first-time and first-generation home buyers to move confidently into homeownership and through real estate build generational wealth.
