About this episode
I have 1 tip for you today that may give you some insight on you or anyone else who overeats and then ends up feeling *bleh* soon after.
You’re eating too fast.
I can’t tell you how much realizing this helped me during my fitness journey (I was overweight my entire childhood).
When you eat really fast, you’re often going too fast for your stomach and your brain to sync up and give you the full feeling.
Then you end up feeling groggy, uncomfortable, and often sleepy.
So what can you do to help remedy this feeling and minimize overeating?
Eat slower. Take your time. Savor your food.
A good rule is to try to chew your food 32 times.
I hope this was helpful.

Jess
