Qualifications are the great qualities of some people.

One day in class, the teacher said, “Those who study hard will become great in life.” Then a student stood up and said, “Sir, my father has studied a lot, but he is still not growing up!” Hearing the student’s words, the whole class burst into laughter. The teacher also smiled and said, “I did not say growing up in physical size. I said growing up in knowledge, education and ability.” The student then understood that growing up does not mean just growing up in height or age. Good education, knowledge, honesty and skills make a person truly great. Therefore, to be successful in life, one must develop the habit of studying regularly and doing good work.
