Qiyamah E20 Recognition of the Ummati

0:00Assalamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh. Welcome to the series Kiyama, The Final Reckoning. So in our previous discussion, we spoke about the state of the pious, the Oliyaullah. They will have no fear, no grief on the day of Kiyama. They won't be terrified. The angels will greet them and tell them that this is your day, the day you were promised. We spoke about the categories of people who will receive shade under the harsh and throne of Allah, the just ruler, the young man who grew up in the obedience of Allah, those who frequented the masjid, those who loved one another for the sake of Allah, those who shant temptation for the sake of Allah, those who spend sincerely for the sake of Allah, and the one who's heart is filled with the fear of Allah so that he weeps for that reason when he is alone and there is no one else besides him. And we explain, it's not limited to these seven categories. Entire books have been written, there are other categories extending the time limit of a debtor. And in general, the principle is the more you relieve the distress of a person in this world, the more Allah will relieve your distress on the day of Kiyama. They also will have a special position and they won't be in fear. He will be married to 72 of the Hourul Ahin and he will intercede for 70 of his relatives. So they will be a very special position for the shuhadam. The murabitun, there is a narration of Abu Darda Rati Allahu Hanh, in Tebarani, that

2:04guarding the borders of Islam for a day is better than fasting for a lifetime. And whoever dies guarding the borders of Islam for the sake of Allah will be kept safe from the great terror. His provision and breeze will be brought from paradise and the reward of the murabit will continue until Allah resurrects him. Then those who control the anger for the sake of Allah Tebaraku Wa Ta'ala, wa l-Qaadim al-Ghayda wa l-Aafina al-Nas, Allah talks about them in the Qur'an. Those who repress anger and who pardon men, there is a hadith of the son of Mu'ad bin Jabal Sahal, when he narrates on his father, intermedian Abu Dawud, that whoever controls his anger when he is able to act upon it, Allah will call him before all of creation on the day of resurrection and will let him choose whichever of the harulain that he wants. There are various categories we are just touching on a few of those who will get special recognition or special virtue or special relief on the day of Teyam. One such very special category are the Mu'addin's, those who call the Adan.

3:06The famous hadith of Sahih Muslim, the Mu'addin's will have the longest necks of all the people on the day of resurrection. A long neck is beauty, a long neck is a sign of distinction. They will be distinguished, they will be noticed. It is mentioned in Sahih Bukhari that Abu Sahih Al-Khudir al-Diyallahu An said to Abdul Rahman bin Saqsa, I see that you love sheep in the open country. When you are with your sheep or in the open country and you call Adan for the prayer, raise your voice in making the call for no genuine or anything else, he is the voice of the Mu'addin as far as it carries but it will testify for him on the day of resurrection. Another category of those who will be distinguished on the day of Qiyama are those who grow gray meaning they grow old in Islam. There is a hadith of Tirmidiyah Nasih, Qa'b bin Murr al-Diyallahu An said, whoever turns gray in Islam, his gray hair will be a light for him on the day of resurrection. In another hadith of Abu Hurair al-Diyallahu An its mention, to not pluck gray hair for

4:07it will be a light on the day of resurrection, whoever turns gray in Islam for every gray hair he will have one hasana meaning one reward and his status will be raised by one degree. This is a narration of Ibn Ihabban. Then the virtue of Wudhu will be seen on the day of Qiyama. Nabi Salallahu Al-Sallam said in a hadith of Bukhari on the day of resurrection, my Ummah will be called al-Hurul Muhajjalun because of the traces of Wudhu. Ghur is the plural of Aghiyar, one who has a white spot meaning they will be shining, the limbs will be shining on the day of Qiyama, the limbs that were washed in Wudhu. It will be the adornment of Ibn Ihabban on the day of resurrection. In Sahih Muslim there is a hadith that Abu Hurair al-Diyallahu Anirat said, Nabi Salalli said, the adornment of the believer will extend as far as his Wudhu reached Subhanallah. So when you make Wudhu, make Wudhu, Tharali.

5:08Also Abu Dardar al-Diyallahu Anirat said, I will be the first one to be given permission to prostrate on the day of resurrection and I will be the first one to be given permission to raise his head and I will look at what is before me, I will look ahead of me, behind me and to my right and my left and I will recognize my Ummah from among the other nations. A man said, O Messenger of Allah, how will you recognize your Ummah from among the other nations from Nuh Ali Salam to your Ummah? Nabi Salalli Salam said, their faces and limbs will be shining with the traces of Wudhu and no one but they will be like that and I will know them because they will be given their books meaning the record of their deeds in the right hands and I will know them because the children will be around them. So that is another example of those who will be distinguished on the day of Qiyama,
