He works with homeowners, investors, and buyers who want more than surface-level advice — bringing clear communication, data-driven analysis, and long-term strategic thinking to every transaction. His background in mechanical engineering and business coaching shapes how he guides clients through negotiations, market shifts, and complex financial decisions. Beyond real estate, Adrian serves on the board of Good Samaritan Ministries, a nonprofit counseling organization providing counseling, group therapies, and community wellness services throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
