Stompcast

About this episode

Dr Lindsay Browning is a chartered psychologist, neuroscientist and sleep expert who holds a doctorate in insomnia from the University of Oxford. She is the founder of Trouble Sleeping, a clinic based in Berkshire that has been helping people to improve their sleep for the past 15 years.

In part 1, Lindsay joins Dr Alex George to unpack what a good night’s sleep actually is, why we don’t all need 8 hours of sleep and shares the important role our dreams play in processing our emotions.

Plus, Lindsay explains the three different stages of sleep and reveals whether you can change from a night owl to an early bird…
