- Marriage - Focussing on the little things; Trying to change your spouse OR trying to change who you are (pretending for your spouse); failing to meet your own obligations because you are upset at your spouse; expectation that you can make your spouse happy (what they want is more important than what you want) AND VISA VERSA;
Tactical Applications
- Expecting to defend yourself without getting hurt
- Expecting things to go just as you planned them out
- Expecting that no one you love will be hurt or killed
Handling Applications
- Expecting your dog to perform to a level you have not trained them for
  - “Don’t be upset at the results you recieved from the work you didn’t put in.”
- Expecting your dog to understand a new situation immediately
- Trying to perform for others instead of handling your dog
