I'm just wondering, are you assessment of the start of the season, I suppose, because Gladhuff, full, you know, it's unwritten and amazing comebacks,

2:06but Gladhuff, I'm disposed. You needed amazing comebacks and draw. Yeah. Yeah. Pleased in some aspects, I think, I've played quite well in some of the games. Yeah, I'm not unhappy. I'd like to get another win rather than a draw. Somewhere on the way, but nevertheless, no other players have done a really good job at the moment, and we hope they can continue. There's, I think, spare say, excitement is building around Tyreek George. Would you urge sorts of caution around that for not putting too much pressure and expectation on such a young player, or are you okay to be excited about a young talent in this potential? Well, I think there's some great young players around the world who are playing who are young as in Tyreek, and exciting, everybody. I think Tyreek started well. I think he's still got a lot to learn and he will in the time he's here. So, but he's committed a team done very well for us and hope it continues. Jack Redish hasn't started again, I think, since January. Is he ready to start game? And what are the risks and sort of consideration you have to take in certain?

3:08Yeah. It's one of the things you're going to do in that situation. I think Jack's a special case, I think Jack has ready to play again. I think Jack's probably a boy who needs a football more than he needs to train, and sometimes I think game playing game time helps Jack. But in ways that's him still building up to get to his best. But I've got to say, he's a good week's training and beginning to look ready to start. How exciting is that for you to be able to say that you could have him potentially in the start? Incredible, exciting if he gives us what he gives at the start of our season. If we get that level from him, then we'll be thrilled. I'm just wondering obviously this is the penultimate game before the international break, the elongated international break. You were various players in the squad at various levels of match sharpness. How difficult is that going to be to manage when some players are going to be away for three weeks playing for teams? Yeah. Some players are going to be knocking at the ball. Good. Good. I think it is difficult this window. But I think everybody was fully aware of it because of after the World Cup that we were going to have a, I think we've missed the month. What was it?

4:08September probably. In the international break there. So it's tightened up more games. And the players are, there will be a lot of players who will end up playing a lot more minutes than others. So that will be something. But I'm sure all the clubs are looking to play behind course those games or games that are training ground. But obviously there's a lot of games for the players going to weigh and obviously injuries could be a problem as well. So we've got to hope that our boys who do go away. I want them to play, but maybe not the four games. I mean, it's going to be a lot of talk around whether Jarrett Rampers should or shouldn't be in this thing. England squad, if he is called up for example, would he be ready to be able to do that to everything that he's been through the last sort of years? Well, I think everybody knows looking to manage the players and look after them is best to can. We certainly are. Hi, David. Just following on from that, obviously I lost my mind about the size if you scored.

5:13Is there anything you can do or look at or change or are you considering any of those things with regards to minimizing the risk of injury to players? Well, we can't really do enough of all it to minimise the risk because obviously games are games coming at heart and the players can get injured or the players can get injured and training. It's part past all of it. But obviously having a bigger squad then helps well. You've got a smaller squad then it, you've got a concern if N goes wrong. Obviously you're talking about probably looking in the free transfer market. Are you looking for players out there? Of course, we're looking to see if there's anything which could be any of you. But I think to be at the level where I get to get some which would really make a big difference. It's not an easy thing to pluck from that free transfer group. And having the smallest squad that seems to be a real sense of strength and resilience and unity about the players is are there two interlinked do you think there's one come from the other? I think it is actually interlinked.

6:14I think that a small group, you know, together the tightness which can happen. As I said, I think I mentioned Leicester City winning the league a few years ago and what it was like. It looked like a small group of players who'd done that. It's probably less and less likely because of the amount of games. The extra Champions League games there is. The extra international games we've just talked about is makes it that you really need the extra players in your squad. So we've not got European football this year. So maybe we can find a way out getting through with what we've got at the moment. Thanks, Fraser. We'll go to the junior at Royal Mises. Hi David. When you're talking about that squad, so 21 players in your squad, Illumann and Die Left, I was looking at the comparisons to your season where you finished fourth, your highest finish with Everton. It was a squad of 21, really, left in the summer. What did you learn then that you might be able to use now about having that type of squad? Well, I think probably between then and now is it's probably the change of games and the amount of games which is more, not necessarily for us, but I think if you look at all the squads, I think there's more substitutes on the bench than probably at that time. When you talk about 21 players, we have at the moment three of them are goalkeepers. So that's where you, in some ways, separate your goalkeepers from your outfield players, which takes it down to 18. But I do think that sometimes having a tight group can work. I'm not saying it will. I think if I had my choice I would have rather had more numbers, obviously.

9:28But I certainly wasn't somebody who needed 24 players outfield players or 25 outfield players. It wasn't that I was looking for. I've tried to work mainly with 21 outfield players. That's the number I've tried to have. And sometimes you can maybe have 22. It can be a bit bigger, but round that number would have been my choice. But I think more just because of the way the Premier League has gone, the changes you need, we're seeing more managers now making five substitutes in lots of games in which maybe we've done in the past. And I think that's the reason why the squads are much bigger. When you are looking at this squad, there are areas upfront we spoke about it last week that you're lacking in numbers there. But your midfield, you've got Harrison Armstrong, James Garner, Millen Roll of course, is a midfielder as well. Hayden Hackney, with that choice now, how do you set about selecting who plays there? Because that is where you've got that choice. And how are you keeping people happy? Well, that's good. Part of the job to have decisions to make.

10:34We've got some decisions to make. Hayden started well for us. And Jimmy's just come back. I thought Jimmy was much better against Manchester United than he was against Bournemouth. You can see, but of all the players who get back from injury, Jimmy got himself back as Cook as MD and tried to be ready to play. We was tremendous in getting himself back. And we had to use him partly for different reasons as well in the game against Bournemouth a bit sooner. But yeah, you're right. It's good to care and do as well as well. We've got one or two. So we've got some competition there, but we're going to need it because we've just been taught about international games and an amount of football that a lot of the players might have to play. When you talk about the 18 outfield players, it's been 17 because no guard's been injured. So can I get a check on the current injuries and is he still unavailable? He's still unavailable. We're hoping we'd get him back maybe somewhere after the international break. That would be that

11:35we were hope. Was that always the case when you signed him? No, I don't think we thought it expected it to be as long as this. And look, he's hugely important for us. We're someone who we're looking forward to gaining his experience, his nows and getting to know him. And at the moment, we've not had him on the grass yet. So that's been a disappointing thing, but hopefully it won't be too long. I know we've spoken before about it took you a while in the summer to get over the end of last season. Obviously it ended with the game at Spurs. When you look back now, obviously they had so much rising on that game. How do you assess that now and how do you think it will differ from this weekend? Well, I think assessing that one game on its own wouldn't be what I would think would be the right thing to do. When you think about what the crowd was like, the the ferocity to get a result on the day. I think it was a different sponsor on that last day than maybe it is at the moment. But since then Spurs have gone on and spent lots of money and

12:38brought in players to try and make sure they're not in that position again. On that, and I've just said a quote from somebody saying it's like a good final for them though. Do you expect that kind of atmosphere because they haven't scored a goal and haven't won? Well, look, it wasn't too long ago. At this club that we were in no sort of situations regular, trying to win games and being put in that position of cup final, if you want to call it that. We can only look after ourselves. I'm not too sure if it's Spurs. We'll try and do the best we can. We didn't quite make it there a couple of months ago. Hopefully we can do it this time. Thank you very much. Thank you. Hi, Julie.
