Prescott Celebrates Smokey Bear's Birthday

The Granite Mountain Interagency Hotshot Crew Learning and Tribute Center in Prescott will host a birthday celebration for Smokey Bear on Saturday, August 9 from 11 am to 1 pm. Smokey himself will be there to greet fans. There will also be birthday cake, and stickers activities for kids. Smokey Bear is one of the most enduring and recognizable symbols of wildfire prevention in the United States.
