Our guest for the week is Tyler Pare'. Tyler works with FMI Corporation to provide consulting services to the "Built Environment". He works with contractors, engineers, building product manufacturers, and construction material producers to provide advisory services for leadership, strategy, and performance. We start our conversation with what he thinks of when someone says "Prefab" and move into what FMI's research is telling him about labor shortages and the upcoming recession everyone likes to talk about.
