Prayer for Forgiving Self-Betrayal

0:00Hello, beautiful. This is Jennifer Hadley and our prayer for today is for giving our self-betrayal. So we place our hand upon our heart and we are grateful and thankful to turn all the regret, the resentment, the judgment related to self-betrayal over to that higher Holy Spirit self. We open ourselves to healing, to transformation, to all manner of renewal and restoration. We are grateful to allow ourselves to be free of the past and be free of any and all condemnation. We are grateful to give up punishing ourselves for self-betrayal. We are grateful to open ourselves to a recognition of compassion, of kindness, of caring,

1:07of self-love. We are grateful to allow the love to flow in our heart, in our mind, and in our conversations. We are grateful to recognize that we have learned from our choices and we can love ourselves free of all the limiting thoughts and judgments that we have attacked ourselves with. We are rising up above the battlefield. We're letting the Holy Spirit into our consciousness to heal, to transform, and to allow that powerful letting go of the past. We truly share the benefits with everyone everywhere because we are eternally one with them and we allow this healing to fully be made manifest and so it is amen, amen, amen.
