Prayer for Keeping our focus on the highest and best

0:00Hello beautiful, this is Jennifer Hadley and our prayer for today is for keeping our focus on the highest and best. Yes, we place our hand on our heart and we are grateful and thankful to relinquish the habit of fear, the habit of worry, the habit of anxiety, the habit of using our imagination. To imagine what we do not want, what we fear, what we worry about, we are turning all that over to the higher Holy Spirit itself. With our hand on our heart, we wholeheartedly declare our willingness. We're taking that breath of love and gratitude together and we are grateful and thankful to keep our focus on the highest and best for ourselves and for others. We're opening our mind to the highest and best possibilities. We're welcoming the highest

1:06and best experiences. We're welcoming exchanges of love, exchanges of peace and harmony. We are opening ourselves in so many ways. We are truly relinquishing the blocks to love and allowing ourselves to remember that we can live and do live in the flow of love. It's happening now because we are keeping our focus on the highest and best. We're grateful that we do not have to determine what the highest and best is. It's not about the circumstances. We are truly choosing the highest and best energy, the highest and best, most loving experiences. We are choosing love and gratitude as a major part of our spiritual practice. Being loving, being grateful for things as we are grateful to welcome what's going on in our life,

2:14knowing that everything has been gently planned by one whose only purpose is our good. We're giving up self-attack and self-judgment and we're allowing ourselves to keep our focus on the very highest and best. We share the benefits of our loving life and our prayers with everyone everywhere. So grateful to allow it to unfold with grace and ease, ease and grace. We let it be. And so it is. Amen. Amen. Amen. Yes. So sweet. Thank you so much for praying with me today, being my prayer partner.
