Prayer for Ending Self-Betrayal

0:00Hello, beautiful. This is Jennifer Hadley, and our prayer for today is for ending self-betrayal. Yes, any of the ways that we've betrayed ourselves in the past, we are willing to let go of those behaviors, those patterns, and the ideas that promote them. We are grateful to place our hand upon our heart, open our heart, open our mind, take a breath of love and gratitude and rise up above that betrayal. We are willing to forgive ourselves, release the self-judgment, the self-attack. We are willing to know and to remember our wholeness, our perfection, our beauty, the magnificence that is our true identity, so grateful to give away to the Holy Spirit for healing any need to betray ourselves, any need to repeat the patterns and the habits that are a self-betrayal.

1:17We are rising up to remember our wholeness blesses the world, our wholeness is real. We are grateful to embrace what's real and let go of what's false. We are grateful to surrender the need to repeat the same punishing behaviors and patterns. We are grateful to relinquish whatever the underlying causes are, whatever the belief systems are, whatever the habits are, we're surrendering it all right here and now, placing it on the altar, the Holy altar of God's infinite love. And we are opening ourselves to a healing, a transformation that's unprecedented and unlimited. We are opening ourselves to receive and to allow the transformation that we desire. We are grateful to give up the punishing habits of self-betrayal, so grateful to release the past here and now.

2:25We're allowing the self-betrayal to end here and now. We share the benefits with everyone everywhere because we are eternally one with them. We are blessed and we accept our blessings. We let it be, and so it is, Amen, Amen, Amen. Yeah, that's so good. Very, very good. Thank you for making this prayer with me today. Amplifying this prayer with me today, so many people entrenched in self-betrayal. We are assisting ourselves and everyone else. Now is the time for us to rise and shine.
