In our second Praxiscast interview we talk to Hannah Webb, practising criminal barrister and co-chair of the Haldane Society of Socialist Lawyers, about the ongoing strike by barristers in the criminal courts, the pressure and hideously low pay faced by (young) barristers, and what the decade-long cut to legal funding has done to your chances of getting a fair trial with a court staff that's had a good night's sleep for once ...
