For the past 30 years, I've changed my phone message EVERY SINGLE DAY! It's a daily activity, as automatic as brushing my teeth. I actually do 2 unique messages daily: one on my cell phone and one on my landline. The time has come to share them. (Perhaps the time has come to get rid of my landline? 🙂

Hi, it's Friday, March 20, 98 years ago today, Mr. Fred Rogers was born. It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood, a beautiful day in the neighborhood. Mr. Rogers said, Solitude is different from loneliness. It doesn't have to be a lonely kind of thing. Are you making enough time to be by yourself for a little bit to recharge? We do so much for so many other people all the time. If we're true servant leaders, that's why we're here. In order to really do well, we need to do something for ourselves. Take a walk by yourself. Sit, read a book by yourself. Visit a new little town by yourself. You always meet new neighbors if you want to.

It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood. Won't you be my neighbor?
