Many pastors feel the need to be a generalist in too many ways and forget that taking a call to ministry is deeply personal and wrapped up in the uniqueness of their personal creation by God. 

In this episode of Productive Pastor, I get a little Bible nerdy and go into how I have become fascinated with understanding good, bad, and radically normal decision-making in the Bible. And I share how that creates a story to understand the necessity of personal ministry vision. 

I go through the who, what, and how of crafting our own personal understandings of ministry and how that helps us navigate the decision-making matrix we call real life ministry.
