Poor People Can't Get Justice; With Wren Byrd

    Slam the Gavel welcomes Wren Byrd from California to the podcast. Wren talked about her path through the corrupt family court with a biased judge, Judge James Bertoli who laughed at her and mocked her in court. Apparently, Judge James Bertoli also has a band where clerks participate in called, "Courtn' Disaster." He has left the bench to pursue his dreams of becoming a musician. The legal abuse and domestic violence has caused Wren to have extreme multiple hospitalizations for a stomach ulcer and Lupus.
    The legal abuse was non-stop, the judge and opposing Attorney Robert Montgomery, as well as Veronica Pineda, LMSW effectively turned her son against her while the father controlled the school districts and Wren explained how her ex routinely collects child support out of her disability. That's the lowest he could go....Or is it?
