On April 7th, Pushi Esti just got hit with federal charges for allegedly kidnapping and robbing Gucci Mane and two other guys at gunpoint along. With his dad, Big 30, and six more accomplices, this all stems from a set up meeting in Dallas where Poo was supposed to talk recording contract details with Gucci. The crew rode up from Memphis and things turned wild when Poo reportedly poured a gun, forced Gucci to sign off on releasing him from the deal. Then they robbed everyone inside while Big 30 blocked the door. Poo's lawyer dropped a statement, saying they're digging into the evidence right now, and after reviewing his dad's bond hearing, they see big holes. Between what the Feds claim and what's actually there. Feds have stuff like phone records tracking the group from Memphis to Dallas, rental car links to Poo's father, surveillance video from the studio, and nearby spots. Fingerprints from two guys, social media flexing stolen goods, and even bus tickets back home the next day. All nine face conspiracy to kidnap charges that can mean life in prison if they lose,
but the defense is gearing up for Poo's bond hearing to poke. Those evidence gaps wide open.
