The suspect, a 43-year-old from Bermansy, named Stephen Coombs, faces serious accusations beyond the main charge. Officers add accounts for controlling a dangerously out-of-control dog that caused injury, a racially aggravated public order violation, and harassment intended to instill fear of violence. Coombs appeared according to magistrate's court on Monday afternoon, while police seized the Cane Corso Dog at the scene and took it to their kennels.
