Police Officer, Husband Charged in Child Rape Case

0:00On March 27, a 31-year-old police officer from Plymouth, Massachusetts and her 37-year-old husband face serious charges of child. Rape after their arrest at home last Thursday. The woman, Samantha Pellrine, is charged with three counts of aggravated child rape with force and one count of aggravated statutory rape. Her husband, Daniel Foreand, faces 20 charges including rape of a child in decent assault and assault with a dangerous weapon. People say the alleged abuse started when the boy was 14 and went on for years until last year. The accuser, now in his 20s, says the couple became his legal guardians after raising him from age 12 and the assault began soon after. That Plymouth police put Pellrine on paid Lee back on March 17, right after the victim came forward with a ridden statement. The department says they're shocked by the claims and that this goes against everything they stand for. Both Plymouth pleaded not guilty in court, posted bail of $10,000 for her and $25,000
