Please Don’t Let It See Us! - Dogman Encounters Episode 665

Late one night in 2012, tonight’s guest was riding home with her fiancé in Marietta, Ohio, after feeding, watering, and exercising her horse where she had been boarding him. Her fiancé was driving, and “Mandy” had her feet up on the dashboard on the passenger side of his truck.

As they drove past Sacra Via Park, all of a sudden, her fiancé slammed on the brakes and stopped the truck in the road. When Mandy looked over at him, he was white-knuckled, with a death grip on the steering wheel. When she asked him what was wrong, he told her that he had seen something he initially thought was a deer—but it wasn’t a deer. As he described what he had seen, he was white as a sheet.

Mandy never saw what her fiancé had seen that night, but the experience lit a fire in her. Using his description, she began doing exhaustive research in an attempt to figure out what it might have been. Eventually, she came to believe that what he had seen was most likely something called a Dogman.

After reaching that conclusion, Mandy became almost obsessed with Dogmen. Her fascination with them eventually led her to seek out an encounter of her own. She began walking her dog, Boston, at night in the same park where her fiancé had seen the Dogman, hoping that, sooner or later, she would have a Dogman encounter of her own.

As fate would have it, on a very hot night, around 2 AM, in August of 2013, while walking Boston in that park, Mandy finally got her wish.

Unfortunately, the experience didn’t affect her the way she thought it would. She thought she was ready to have a Dogman encounter, but she wasn’t. Since that night, she’s suffered from ongoing Dogman-related nightmares and night terrors. She’s also been diagnosed with PTSD and says she is still traumatized by the experience.

We hope you’ll tune in to tonight’s show and listen to Mandy share everything she’s been through, including why she believes her encounter affected her so strongly. What happened to Mandy should serve as a warning to anyone who thinks they’d like to have a Dogman encounter of their own.
