Phil, author of Rethink Communication, has had years of experience with both social and digital media, and he's currently the Creative Arts Pastor at West Ridge Church in Georgia.

On the conversation today, Phil shares how important intentionally developing and understanding social media needs to be for every church that has transitioned to an online space. He also shares some of the methods that he's resorted to over the years to be relevant online, to avoid burnout, and to lead his creative teams well.
