What makes me tick? Here are a few things . . .
Love is the vibration of the universe. Peace, & respect for the miracle which is all Life - I am vegan. I am a continual life-long learner. Self-growth & reflection, meditation, mindfulness and yoga all form a part of my life.

Spirituality = I believe in almost Everything, (although mainstream religion doesn't resonate with me so much). Including but not limited to: we are all vibrant spiritual beings having an experience in a physical body. All living beings are living Souls. We are all one. We can tap into Universal wisdom. Our perceived reality reflects our internal landscape. If we do not like something, we must look inward first. More on beliefs further on . . .

Manifesting - I trust the greater power of the Universe and I know that everything happens for a reason, everything happens at the perfect time, when the student is ready the sage will appear, and difficult things come to us for a reason. We are not victims of life, we are creators. We can create the world we want to live in by Being what we want to see.

Coaching - I am a mindset coach. I help people who want to experience something different to what they are seeing manifested in their lives, to understand how their thoughts are affecting their results so that they can create a purposeful life, filled with experiences they love.

I am on a spiritual path and am continually learning and exploring personal growth.

I have recently started a FB group for fellow truth seekers called, Personal Growth and Transformation Hub which is a safe space for sharing our experiences.
