Pereira Exits with Shoulder Soreness, Hays Steps Up

Chicago White Sox Outfielder, Everson Pereira, had to exit Tuesday night's game against the Los Angeles Angels with right shoulder soreness. The 25-year-old right-fielder was pulling a blame after just 17 games this season. It went down in the fourth inning during an at-bat, where he had an awkward swing and struck out swing. The team swapped him out for veteran Austin Hayes, who got called up from the 10-day injured list on Monday after dealing with the right hamstring. Strain.
