About this episode
Hi JH Girls! I want you to know you can be proud of what you have accomplished even before you compete this weekend. You have worked hard and accomplished much. You know the sacrifices you have made and we celebrate each of you on your journey this season. If you are injured or not competing, keep working hard even when no one is watching. Your comeback will shape you into an even stronger person and athlete. College recruiting can still continue to move forward even with speed bumps along the way.
Jill shares 10 tips and challenges you to decide how you "define success". You can rely on your definition of success when you finish the meet. Did you give your best effort even when you felt distracted or fearful. Always remember your super power is your breath. Breathing when you feel your heart rate increase can get you back to "normal" so you can think and focus.
Progress not perfection!
