Penguins Tie Series, Steph versus Lebron, Mike Davis’ Legs, and Remembering Charles Grodin

About this episode

Cousin Sal and Dave react to another no-hitter being thrown in baseball as the Detroit Tigers’ Spencer Turnbull gets the fifth one of the season. After a wild ending, the Pittsburgh Penguins tie their series with the New York Islanders 1-1 and Dave calls Bryan Rust catching and throwing the puck an all-time sports blunder. Sal and Dave place a pizza versus Pirmanti Brothers on who wins the series (02:00).

The first night of the NBA play-in round games were disappointing and Sal thinks it should be single elimination; then he has a better idea inspired by his old law professor, Professor Hunt. Who would you take in a one on one matchup if your life depended on it – Lebron or Steph? Plus, the guys make their bets on Lakers/Warriors (14:45).

Reactions to running back Mike Davis’s massive legs and the actor who played The Mountain on Game of Thrones lost weight and is now a boxer. Sal thinks he should fight Jake Paul (29:30).

Dave tries to convince Sal to do Olympic bobsled and finally Sal tries to pay tribute to the late Charles Grodin (42:30).
