A pedestrian lost their life after getting hit by a car Thursday night in Lincoln, Alabama. It went down around 7.55 pm on April 2nd along Alabama Highway 77, right near Magnoia Street. Police confirmed the victim was rushed to the hospital, but didn't make it due to their injuries. The driver stuck around at the scene and worked fully with first responders. No word on any charges yet, and luckily, the driver walked away without a scratch. Police responders also reached out to the victim's family during the medical chaos, offering support right then and there. No names been released out of respect for them. Investigations still underway by Lincoln Police, piecing together exactly what led to this tragedy on that busy stretch of road. Stay safe out there on those highways, folks.
