- Winners focus on solutions and losers focus on problems.

- Choose the right market or have diversity
- Doesn’t matter if you are developing a business/side hustle or have a job, think about the market you are in and the impacts of the coming recession/depression
- Wants vs Needs - People will cut back to the bare necessities on needs before they will give up wants

- The Routine of Success - Being successful is boring and requires consistent discipline. My mother often sends me messages asking what I’m doing. The same thing almost every day.

- What the hell does any of this have to do with dog training?
- Our business has to keep all these things in mind as well. Oddly, when times get tough on people, we tend to get more business, not less. But if we don’t do all the things I just told you, we won’t have the dogs to sell when the time comes.
