Welcome to TechnoXion News with their host, Patrick Wood. I'm your co-host Logan House. Today, September 3, 2026, we have overseas book review, the new economics of technocracy. And that is the title of your new book, Patrick, the new economics of technocracy. This is this article, is the book review by David Lorimer? Is that correct? That's right. Yeah, from France, no less. We need to talk this through, I think. Well, I appreciate the fact that he sent me to link in the first place. I didn't would not expect that necessarily. But he did. He said, I can publish it. So I publish it. Here you are. And this is kind of a feather in my cap on one hand. But I have
so few book reviews, even in America, it's nice to see somebody outside of America taking interest to the book. And this is an organization, old line organizations, older, it's over 50 years old. It's a scientific kind of a spiritual, scientific organization in France. By the way, I'm not, I don't endorse their spiritual aspect at all. Mostly it's new age stuff. But nevertheless, I wrote all my books for the people of the world. Yeah, I can't choose who's going to read it, who will identify with it. And in this case, they have. Yeah, they saw the value to it. And he wrote a really good interview or a book review, rather. And you know, this is the French, the French view, I guess. But people have written to me from other
countries. And I can't publish something in foreign language because I, you know, that wouldn't be appropriate. I think we're English-oriented mostly. But there have been other reviews and other languages around the world as well. And the world is picking up the trail on technocracy. I guarantee you the world is getting hot under the collar, the citizens of the world. Because they're since they're trapped at this point. They're trapped in system that they did not have any say to how it's art, how it was created in the first place. They have no say over what's going on right now with tokenization, the financial system being flopped. The surveillance system is being imposed on them. They never saw it coming. Now they see. Now they see. Yeah. And where is technocracy at in France?
Is France under the same pressure that America is? Or absolutely. It's everywhere. It's almost everywhere in the world at this point. But surveillance, for instance, is everywhere in France. They're crazy for surveillance. And unfortunately, the political system has been overrun by Islam. And so they're starting to think really wacky at this point. Well, I'll tell you what. I saw a story from England today that some school in England is forcing their students, they're not Islamic students, they're forcing their students to wear hijabs. Go figure. This is just absolutely insane. But you can see this, this is the influence that that Islam exerts over a society. France is overrunner about about this point. And
but they see technocracy nonetheless. Yeah. Yeah. Well, that's good. That's good. At least someone is seeing it, right? I mean, almost more so than some of the people in the United States. Yes. It would be interesting just to look at some points in this review. It's not stunning. He doesn't wax eloquent. He's just basically stating the facts. But he talks about the 13 chapters cover a wide range of themes starting with the 100 year blueprint going back to the 1930s and the origins of technocracy. They understand that. The death of death, they understand that, subsequent tokenization of everything, privatization, the cryptocurrency, they get that.
Like this is what Trump did last year in 2025. The nature of the so-called Board of Peace in relation to Gaza, the fit with Islamic finance. Wow, they got that as well. The significance of the Gulf corridor. We've talked about the IMET corridor. Extendually, I think over the what last two or three months, the digital identity as the final lock AIs control system diminished national sovereignty. They get that. The implications of the financial architecture moving faster than accountability and the lock and follow. They got that. The logic of technocracy is quote the organization to society by technical and financial experts operating outside democratic accountability, advancing through crisis and measuring human beings by their economic function rather than their created
dignity. Wow, they really just set a mouthful here. They really are getting the proposition technocracy. There's been, we don't have to talk about people, but you've gone on shows in the United States where the host does not get it at all, right? They totally shoot it down. Yes. I won't mention names, but Courtney and I did interview recently, well, a few weeks ago with the person and he just didn't have a clue. In fact, he was skeptical against us, basically, you know, shooting us down for even suggesting this, some type of plot going on. Give me a break. It's all over everything at this point. Their fingerprints are all over everything.
And even gets into this article, he gets into Trump and the Wicoff with USD1, obviously based off your book, but he's going into detail here, the Genius Act, for the piece. So it's a pretty detailed explanation of your book. It is. He's not challenging me. He just, he's just laying it out for their membership. And like I said, they have, this is an organization, 50 years old. So they've been around for a long time. They have quite large membership. You have to remember, Europe generally is spiritually dead as far as Christianity's concern. That's really sad. But there's a big, there's a big influence of new age, religion in Europe. And so this is kind of the, you know, the religious track that they follow in Europe. So these people, however, they've picked up on technocracy at this point. And probably the thing that got down is my comments on human dignity. Because human
dignity, we're created, I believe that as you do, probably that we're created in the image of God. So therefore, even for the, for the unsaved, they're still created in the image of God. What they do with it, that's the issue, of course. But this organization probably picked up on that. You know, what this technocracy is against our inherent inherent value as human beings. The mechanistic worldview is consuming people, turning them into mechanistic automobiles, if you will, to be managed, to be put into service and for society and the greater good, that sort of stuff. So that probably was the entry point for them. But that's a good entry point, I have to say. And anything that they read in this book, relative to Christianity, that's a plus and my mind. Maybe somebody will get
an idea. Maybe I should just check the Bible out here. See what it is, that's about all this stuff. But you know, when they, they covered every major point in my book. And I think the conclusion in that book is very solid, very solid. When you take all this together, you have a picture that emerges and it's just stunning revelation to most people. But people outside the United States are getting it now. They're just, you know, this is thrilling to me that my concepts are catching on globally. It doesn't matter what language you have, whatever society you're in. I think you know, people start to catch on. However, there's not much they can do in France. Now, the political right is moving very well in France at this point. So maybe they can oust the leftist government and kind of rights, right things again. But this is happening in
Germany as well. The right in Germany is also progressing. So maybe they have planned up their sleeve to throw off technocracy somehow. I wouldn't bet it. I wouldn't bet on it with a conservative anything at this point because in our country, we know the conservative conservative movement has just sent technocracy into orbit, basically. So maybe the right, the right political right isn't a good thing for them at this point. But nevertheless, that's up to them to make to figure it out and sort it out for their own safety. Yeah, and you know, we're not too far from there. I mean, we can't really do much about it, Patrick. I mean, we have people who are of standing up and protesting, but it doesn't really do much, right? I mean, it's seen much change. We have the people cutting down, cutting down, flock cameras as we were talking about it before the show. We had the guy in New Mexico who this
morning was arrested. He went around town and cut down. It looks like at least 10 of these flock cameras and had him piled up in the back of his truck and he pulls up to the police department to return him to him. So here you go. And they obviously arrested him, but not much is really happening. I mean, we have a win in Florida, I guess. Governor Santos has put out a statements thing. They have to come off of all state roads and state highways. So there's some, some little wins here and there, right? Yeah, there could be. But we can't, we can't give up hope, however, that something could happen in the future. Yeah, but we're all at a time. We got to go to break. We'll come back. We got Paxelka expands its mission into a elite education with Foundry School. We'll cover that here in just a moment.
Revelation is the only book in scripture that promises a blessing to the one who reads it. It is also the book most Christians open once and quietly close again. Brandon House brings decades of research and discernment ministry to all of it. Three volumes, 22 chapters, verse by verse, nothing skipped. The seven churches, the seals, the trumpets, and the bowls of judgment, the anti-Christ, the false prophet, and the deception of the last days, the rapture, the tribulation, the millennial kingdom, the symbolism explained, the old testament prophecies drawn out alongside it, a literal grammatical historical reading, sound doctrine you can teach from. For the pastor preparing a sermon, the teacher preparing a lesson, and the believer who simply wants to understand. The book of Revelation, a commentary and study guide. All right, welcome back from the break. Let's move on to this article, Patrick. Patrick, PaxSilica expands its mission into a lead education with Foundry School. You have here. This is a largely a propaganda article, but PaxSilica has been on my radar as a technocratic initiative since its founding in December 2025. Originally seen as building empire for technocracy by spreading the US AI stack into blocks of nations worldwide. This Foundry School seems very elite oriented, seeming serving PaxSilica exclusively. This is the first sentence here. The Trump administration will launch Foundry School on September 3rd. That's today. A national training program to prepare entrepreneurs, engineers, technicians, and industrial leaders for a rebuilding of US manufacturing. And JD Vance is set to headline the event. He's apparently the guy behind it right now,
yes, along with the State Department. I don't know if Rubio will be there, but oh boy, this is kind of disturbing in one sense because PaxSilica was headline in a kind of obscure setting in December of 2025 where they rolled it out. They had press conference. The cameras were probably there, but there wasn't a lot set about it. But we saw that. That is Courtney and I saw this as a plan by the Trump administration, President Trump himself, to build empire around the world. That's a phrase I'm using, building empire, not build the empire, but building empire. That's what the British did for how many types of years, right? They saw it the build empire. They were very good at it. It was always
based on trade and stuff like that. But at this point, building empires is on the Trump administration's mind. And PaxSilica is the main initiative to do that. So when they said, well, we're going to give all the AI stack in America to these nations. There's over 32 countries right now or signed up. They said, well, we're going to give all of our stack from the bottom up, top down, everything relating to AI to these nations to use for their control of their own countries. Well, that would be basically the surveillance state. We'll take over at this point. That's what technocracies all about, right? So this was a dragnet that was set out to the world to wrap countries into the American orbit in order to control the AI that would be delivered to them. That makes perfect sense. On one hand, like a startup tech company that has a product,
they want everybody to accept that product, make them lots of money. But in every case, there's a set of user requirements or user contract that has to be signed before you can use that software. You have to agree to use it the way they said you're going to use it, right? If you violate it, that's cut you off. That's the end of it. So we saw building empire around the world is something that is possible at this point, using AI as a lever. So what's this all this all of a sudden this pops up? What on earth is going on with this Foundry School? Foundry School, that's a contradiction contradiction of terms. This is not a school. In that sense, there's no campus. They're not saying we're going to have a campus at or even a part of a campus at Vanderbilt or Stanford or something like that. They're saying,
well, it's a Foundry School, but it's not a school in that sense. Basically, they're saying there's going to be 17 series of lectures given by CEOs, tech CEOs or founders of companies to who knows who, maybe students, maybe leaders in the community. They don't say exactly who the target is. But the idea of layering in education on top of the building empire thing, it makes intuitive sense to me that they would want to do that to get all the players lined up in the same row. That makes sense? Yeah. So they say, well, this is only the Americans are going to be taking this course. I'm sorry. I can't see that at all. I can see other people coming from around the world. In fact, the lectures they said are going to come from
all over the world, Korea, Japan, like that. This would be a very international group of instructors, if you will. Where will students come from? I think the students are going to come from all over these regions, if you will. What will I learn? That's a good question as well. What will they teach them? It has to be something related to Pax Silica in the first place, seems to me. Yeah. I would like to know how many of these teachers or people, some of these leaders in this space that are involved in this are also involved in the school in China that you covered, because we're in a race against China. Are they going to be teaching China and the United States? I think we've already taught China about everything we need to teach them with the board of
advisors that it's attached to Shinghua University in China. This is an economic council advisory council, admittedly, but they're very influential to direct economic policy coming out of China. These are staff by US citizens, people like Tim Cook. Yeah, they had an apple. He just happens to be the chairman of the board of the advisory board over in China. Elon Musk is on the team as well and on the advisory board. They've had their say for a long time, for at least 26 years at this point, in China. This is a new thing now, and they're not saying anything about competing with China. I didn't see that in the language anywhere. We also have the press release that was just issued by the Trump administration. That's on the next screen, I think, that you have
there. This is the official launch press release. This is dated September 3rd. That's today, right? So this is very fresh. And lo and behold, our favorite person to critique is Vice President JD Vance. He's the top of the list here. And Marco Rubio announced to get today the launch. Now, I don't know if they did it together, but it sounds like they could have a training program for entrepreneurs, engineers, technicians and industrial leaders to rebuild a American manufacturing. I don't see how America manufacturing fits into this, but nevertheless, undersecretary for economic affairs, Jacob Helberg hosted the event at the Donald Trump J Trump Institute of Peace. This is another piece of the puzzle that's very disturbing because you might remember when the
board of peace that Trump set up in Europe or the World Economic Forum earlier this year, it first met after that. The first US meeting was held at this obscure office of the the Donald J Trump Institute of Peace in Washington, DC. He renamed that for I can't remember what it was before, but he renamed that office the Institute of Peace in Washington. Nobody, in my view, nobody has ever heard of the Institute of Peace in Washington, DC until Trump decided to use it for a photo opportunity when he established the board of peace. So go figure, why did they choose the board of peace office? It's not a very big building at all, but why did they choose that office to announce this PACS silica? Well, it has to be my opinion. It has to be related somehow
to Trump's initiative on the board of peace. And we kind of made that connection before because the the the the the export of the AI stack to all these nations is seems to be kind of aligned with the board of peace in the first place. So President Trump has his fingers in this. I'm sure I'm going to study this like a hawk going forward, but this this is amazing, amazing story. I think we're going to we're not going to see the end of it. Yeah. So what you're saying is what they're what they're putting out there is that this is going to be for Americans to learn and and get into this industry. But what you're saying is that you think that's going to be people coming from across the world who are adopting our AI stack through PACS silica so that we can train their people
to use our AI stack in essence. Correct. That's right. Yeah. That's that's that's the idea. Yeah. So they they build this as a historic workforce development program. We've talked about actually quite a bit about workforce developments in general. Alex Newman is talking about your your dad has talked about it and this this is one elite application of that at this point um workforce development. What does that mean? Well, um they say themselves foundry school is anchored in a first of its kind advanced manufacturing curriculum developed by Stanford University. They're they're big rats for sure and also features keystone lectures lectures provided by seven you seven universities with Stanford University at the at the top of it including by the way
it errors on a state university. Yes. And my territory territory here across these eight campuses the program will run 17 sessions. Does that mean 17 lectures series? That's not clear but it seems seems to me that way each taught by founders and CEOs from advanced manufacturing entry enterprises. Well, these are the this is the cream of the crop at this point around the world. These industry leaders will be drawn from the United States and PACS silica participants including the Republic of Korea, Japan, Taiwan, India, etc others as well covering everything it takes to build and run a world class manufacturing enterprise. Nobody nowhere in here does this say by AI by the way. But it's obviously that's this is what it's all about. They want to they want to teach them how to
use AI to run their enterprises. Yeah. Yeah. So well to keep following this. I mean, it just announced today. There was no was there any mention of it before today? They just announced a day and immediately came out with it. I missed probably the press release or the the the minor story that came out in June when Jacob Helberg first made mention of it. Even if I saw it, I wouldn't wouldn't have paid attention. Yeah. But now it's been put in context for us. Obviously it's this flagship they say this press press release says it's a flagship initiative of PACS silica. So it's not it's not just not unrelated to the first initiative that we already have already documented with PACS silica. Well, we got to keep covering it. We'll be back on Tuesday with another report.
Until then, take care. God bless.
