Patrick Davis and The Journey from Law Enforcement to Body Art

Although we both left Caledonia to serve in different police departments—I with the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. and Patrick with the NYPD—we only met a year ago through this very podcast.

There, I participated in a session of Body Art, a unique blend of physical therapy and movement art akin to Yoga.
