So let's get into today's stories. Okay, the first one is back to the Lindsey Clancy Trial. I didn't want to talk about it today. I am not feeling like talking about this anymore, but unfortunately, or I should say fortunately, unfortunately, I don't even know.

7:21It really is part of the world right now. This is what everyone's talking about. Would you be shocked to figure out what I just saw, which is on Instagram, all of a sudden, 2020, as a guest on Sunday night. When I tell you, I couldn't believe this. Hold on, let me just get it for you guys. Because this is pretty surprising. I posted it on my Instagram stories. Let me just throw that. Here we go. 60 minutes, not 2020. That's why I couldn't find out. I was like, what is this? I can't find 2020. Yes, 60 minutes. So that's CBS, 60 minutes. Here we go. We're ready. We're good. We're rolling.

8:21Patrick, freaking Clancy is doing a sit down interview with 60 minutes. Now, let me tell you something. Let me tell you something about my family. Let me tell you something. This, this is how I feel about this, okay? We know that Patrick Clancy was in the middle of all of the conspiracies when it came to Lindsay Clancy. There was a period there like a two week, strong period, three week, maybe five week period, where every single person on the internet thought Patrick Clancy actually committed these crimes. I questioned some things that Reddington said, but I quickly reverted back to my original feelings, which was that Lindsay Clancy actually committed the crime. Although Patrick Clancy is not your typical, when you think about your typical grieving widow, not a widow, grieving father who's lost their kids. So there's a lot of things about Patrick Clancy that have raised a lot of red flags, okay?

9:23Oh my God, we gotta, I can't handle this. We gotta block the bravo beauty because she just went off on me on a, you know what, I'm gonna talk about this. I'm gonna talk about you in just a second. Now I'm getting red and sweaty. Um, just let her keep going off on her, on her tangent about what is she doing? I just want you guys to see this. This is what she's obsessing over. We'll get into that in just a second. I didn't wanna get into that. Actually, maybe I can control myself. Maybe I can control myself here, okay? I'm trying to think if I should just do a patron on this because I don't want it to, I don't want it to ruin Daily Joseph Donna. Okay, so Patrick Clancy, let's go back. Patrick Clancy is a, okay.

10:26Patrick Clancy is the middle of a conspiracy theory and a lot of people now have moved on. I think a lot of people have been like, wait, what was I thinking actually? Now we really know Lindsey Clancy did this and there's no chance that Patrick Clancy did it and, you know, let's just move on. But there's of course gonna be people out there that will never, ever, ever stop believing that Patrick Clancy had something to do with this case, okay? With the murders, I should say of her kids. I wanna say that no matter what Patrick Clancy does in this interview, it will become a more evidence, I should say more evidence to support whoever still believes that Patrick Clancy is involved. Does that make sense? Patrick Clancy is a, he is unfortunately, unfortunately, probably going to do something,

11:29say something or whatever that is a little bit off that doesn't answer the question exactly like everyone wanted him to. That does, he's not as emotional maybe in that moment or whatever and whatever he says will be scrutinized, exactly Deanna will be heavily scrutinized and people will clip it and use it and find a way to say, see, I told you so, which makes me question that if you have a situation where you are in the midst of the internet going against you. And this is a perfect example just to talk about for five minutes about pink, because Docker, guys, I'm Jewish. Did you know, did you know I am? I'm not sure if you knew, I talk about it almost every fricking day of my life, right? I'm Jewish, okay? And all I can say is when it comes to things like this,

12:33when people have their mindset on the fact that someone is bad and someone is good, no one will change their mind, no matter what Patria Clancy says, if people hate him and think he was capable of doing this and actually did this and changed his shoes and mess with the timeline, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. They're gonna still think it after this. Look, like for example, right? Marna says something about his eyes creep me out. Look, he does have a little bit of a sinister vibe about him. That doesn't mean he killed his kids, but he definitely is a little bit, you know, he acts in a way that makes people question things and I can see where that comes from. Now that being said, no matter what he says in this interview, he can say in this interview, it was the hardest day of my life. I was a mess, I have not been the same since. I went to Costa Rica, I wonder if they asked him. I went to Costa Rica three weeks after, because I was really struggling and I couldn't be in that house anymore, I couldn't even be in the same town.

13:33Anything he says is not gonna be enough for people that have decided that he's the villain, okay? I don't think he's the villain, I don't think he was the best. I don't think he was the best husband and I still feel strongly that he probably was having an affair. That's just my guess. I don't know if that's ever gonna be discovered or anything, but I do believe that he is probably, he was probably having an affair. The reason why I think that was because of what the prosecution did. If you remember, the prosecution went up to Patrick Lansing and said, what did you do on December 22nd, embossed in getting massages and dinner for your anniversary? I can't remember the exact date and he's like, no, Lindsay was home that night. She was not feeling good about, and then she said something about a picture, which by the way, what was that picture of? Someone explain the picture. So I wonder, do they have a picture of him with another woman? Is that what that whole thing was? I'm just thinking that a lot of things

14:34that happened in the days, weeks, and months leading up to that horrible event, and then in the days, weeks and months after that horrible event, do not paint Patrick in the best light, but also he didn't kill his kids, right? That there's absolutely nothing that you can say that makes him worse of a parent. Then Lindsay Clancy was on January 23rd or 22nd, whatever the date was 2023, right? There's only one parent that physically killed their kids, and that one is on trial and Patrick's not. So I feel bad because he's getting the brunt of the blame for this thing when he really just, his biggest offense maybe was not paying attention as much, like not being as connected, not being as in the headspace of where his wife was, and was saying out loud.

15:34You know what I mean? Like if Lance ever told me that he had thoughts of doing something really, really tragic to my family, I don't think I would just be cool with him being home alone with them. And I don't think it was the first time that he let, he let her be home alone with them. So it's really tough. Dianna says, I think he's gonna try to focus on how he was perceived and treated by the social media people instead of really getting into Lindsay. Yeah, I mean, I'm very curious how deep they go. I think it's definitely going to ask a lot of questions about how he's perceived his new life, why he moved on, how he moved on, how he forgave Lindsay so easily, how his family's doing, et cetera. But what I really don't like is how fast this interview is happening. And I think it's too soon, and I think it's too fresh, and I think people are still frothing at the mouth on this trial, whether it's about the jurors or whatever, and I just don't see how this is gonna come out well for him.

16:36In the grand scheme of things. Now that being said, it's very, very possible. He does come across incredibly vulnerable, and honest, and emotional, and maybe we all change our minds. Not we all. I don't think he did it, but maybe other people will change their minds. But I have decided, and I really do feel this way, you guys, when it comes to life, social media, and what you believe, okay? Without getting into detail, because if you wanna know my feelings, my true feelings about the Maclamor and Pink and everything, I will talk about it over and over on Patreon. Because if you're gonna try to cancel me, and you're gonna try to call me really bad names, I'm at least gonna get some money out of you. I'm just being honest, okay? I am not sitting here on my show, sharing all my feelings every day, because to me, it's not, it surpasses pop culture. It turns into hate, a lot of hate speech.

17:37And for example, what just happened right now was this one, and I'm gonna call her an idiot, okay? This bravo, I don't even know she has 1000 Instagram followers, legit. So she ain't some big account here. The reason why I even know she exists is because I commented on pinks, on a picture of pink, or a video of pink, going to the US Open. And just in case you guys don't know how I feel about pink, the fact that she spoke with her millions of eyes on her, just as a mother that is Jewish and is going through this. And if you read her word, she said, I support Palestinian children, I support Jewish children. She literally said the most, in my opinion, like supporting all kids, which is what you're supposed to say, right? Isn't that what everyone wants to say? You support kids from everywhere? So that at the end of the day is so what I agree with.

18:41And I think pink is brave as fuck to do it. And she is really getting attacked online. She's like getting attacked worse than Ryan Reynolds was at the height of everything if you know what I mean. And so what I did was I liked the post on page six and I did like a little clapping thing about pink. So I don't get a DM from this bravo bitch saying, Donna, why would you like pink? What I do get is a tag by her on a list. If you want to know some 1939 shit, okay? There is a list that some idiot man made of celebrities who support genocide. Don't get me started. And it's literally a list of Jews, of just Jews, like we're in 1939 bullshit, like no Jews allowed.

19:42Some of these have never said the word genocide. They support genocide because they're Jewish. So this bitch decides to take my name and put me in the comments saying, don't forget to add podcast or Donna Bolling because she supports pink. I went over to her DMs and I said, excuse me, are you sick? Do you realize that you're acting like a Nazi in 1939 by writing a list of Jews? What do you want to do with this? You want me to be murdered? Like what do we do with that? And she goes, I support not killing children. As if I have ever mentioned anything about that. It is a sick, sick inversion of history. What's happening right now? Because if you speak out for one side, you say everyone says you're not allowed to speak and you'll get blacklisted. Bullshit. You're going to get 10 million more followers. What I'm saying is the unpopular stance. I guarantee you I'm going to have bad comments today.

20:46I guarantee you I'll lose subscribers for just having this conversation. So because I was born Jewish and because I am Jewish, and because I am Jewish, that equals in certain people's minds that I like to kill kids. Please understand what a sick, sick connection this is. There's not normal behavior. And once you start putting a list of just Jews on a, on a, you know, whatever, a graphic, it starts to feel a little bit like you're being not see like. What's next? You're not going to let us into the gym. You're not going to let us into the markets as, the same markets as you. Are we allowed to have a podcast? Am I allowed to have a podcast? Because I'm Jewish? Am I allowed to have a voice? Am I allowed to have a platform? Am I allowed to have a family? Am I allowed to be safe?

21:46It's, it's outrageous what's happening. It is outrageous. So when people say, you should not conflate anti-Zionism with anti-Semitism, they're different. I want you to understand that people out there are putting lists of Jews who don't talk about the war constantly together as people you should blacklist. And you tell me how it's not connected. So it actually makes me sad that they're going to be moving forward because now she seems a lot healthier and she is posting now on stories every day, not every day, but she's posting these cute stories of like her eating meals with her kids and her kids playing soccer and just like cute, normal mom content. So this definitely bums me out, but you never know. If you guys don't remember, let's first read the article a little bit and then let's talk about it. So he told, he and Kelly told people in a statement that after being home together as a family

31:01focusing on healing, rebuilding and finding stability after an extraordinarily difficult season, they've decided to move forward with the divorce. They said our hearts are heavy, but they are also filled with gratitude for the years we spent together for all that we've shared and built for our loving marriage and most of all for our incredible children, Kellyanne Scott, who share sons Jackson, 17 Miller, 13 and daughter Lucy added. They're deeply grateful for the support they've received through this tough time. And, and now they're saying we can move forward into this next chapter, guided by love as co-parents to our children and by our shared commitment to the best and brightest future for our family. 32:07she, I mean, I believe it was, she says it was drug-induced, depression-induced psychosis, and depression, and mania and all of that. Can you overlook or forgive everything that was said during that heightened time in your life? Are you able to get through it and not, and not, like, hold resentment for things that were said and done? She really, really, really went against Scott during that time. She called him a child abuser. She called him awful name. She said, like, she really defamed him, okay, badly, many times. She talked very openly about her sex life, okay, majorly. She talked openly about her sex life on her Instagram. She talked about who she's

33:10slept with. She actually was showing all these men with her in her bed, et cetera. She also has, she talked about, like, sleeping with a lot of their friends, husbands, I don't know if you remember that. Now, I don't know how much of it was in reality, or was it just like delusion? But how do you go backwards on that? I think in my opinion, it would be very hard for me to look at my husband. If he paraded himself around for months on Instagram doing and saying things, even if it was under psychosis, I don't know how I could look at him and be like, oh, we're good again. Like, we're back to the beginning. Now, we don't know how much of it was true, but she definitely was with men, multiple men. Physically, we saw she had men that she was filming and showing in her bed. Like, there was a lot. There was a lot out there. So I don't know personally how you can see any of that and just move past it. Plus, isn't there like a portion of maybe all of these repressed

34:21feelings and stuff that come out when you're in a version of psychosis that is still almost who you can be like, I don't know. Maybe I'm not speaking very clearly about it because I don't know enough about psychosis, but I'm wondering, is there a world where she is, she was kind of hiding a lot of feelings inside and then they came out when she didn't have guardrails on if you know what I mean. Now, they did announce their marriage before we ever, their divorce before we ever saw signs of her having these, you know, mental and emotional kind of meltdowns. She announced her divorce in June of last year of 2025. And then within maybe a week or two is when she got arrested when she was with her daughter alone in that like cabin. I

35:26forget where they went. They went to some sort of like retreat area and she got arrested about a week later. But then we found out and I can't remember who told us that she was actually, oh, I think there was like police reports and stuff that for months before that, she was living in her garage. She was living in her friends garage, the neighbors. She was like acting, you know, a little bit out there. She was causing chaos in the home. She was fighting a lot for months before the divorce was announced. So I thought the divorce was only because of this, but I am wrong. But the nice thing is that they can, they seem to be in good terms. She clearly seems very apologetic. She seems a lot healthier now. And hopefully Scott feels also, you know, comfortable with her co-parenting and they can move past this. But they have such a cute family. I'm telling you, those kids are so freaking cute. Scott wolf is so cute. I want to hook Molly Dara up with Scott. So when Scott is available to start dating down the line down the line, call my friend Molly. I'm just saying,

Now I think it's called body. I don't remember. There's a lot of stuff you can find on YouTube about beach body, but it's an MLM. It's a multi level marketing company. What a lot of people would call a Ponzi scam or a pyramid scheme or whatever they call it. In the trial, they all talked about it like that. Did she sign up for a scam like beach body, a scam? What a scam beach body. I was like,

39:44oh my god, beach body is screwed. They're companies going down after this. Now this article reminded me about how so many smart people get involved with these things. But Travis Kelsey was named victim in a massive $35 million Ponzi scheme as he gets as the fraudster, not Travis. It's 11 years in prison. So this was in Missouri. Prosecutors mentioned his name as one of the people doped by the mastermind of the scheme. His name is Sid Hart, Sid Hart, S-I-D-D-H-A-R-T-H. I don't know how to pronounce it. Jawahar. He was sentenced. This man is 38 who sentenced to 11 years of prison. And he pleaded guilty to three counts of wire fraud in January was ordered to pay 31 million dollars in resolute restitution to his victims. So Travis Kelsey was an investor in a company called SwiftArc Venture Labs Fund, which was created by an investment company called SwiftArc Capital,

40:47which this man, Sid Hart, co-founded. Now we have not heard about anyone that has mentioned anything about the case like Travis Kelsey is not talking about it. But basically in 2015, this guy began investing his clients funds in a single investment called Philip Morris Pakistan, which was based in Texas. But when Philip Morris Pakistan's value began to decline, this guy, Jawahar, lied to investors like Travis Kelsey falsely claiming that they were making profits. And from July 2016 through December 2023, he took in more than 35 million dollars from SwiftArc investors, but only invested 10 million. He allegedly used the money from investors to pay back older investors. It's like such a Bernie made-off moment and fund his extravagant lifestyle, which included travel on private jets, stays at luxury hotels, a luxury apartment in Austin, in New York City, memberships at multiple private clubs across the country, spending sprees at

41:48clothing stores and expensive outings at fancy restaurants. And after he was indicted, he tried to coach a victim into giving a favorable statement to the FBI. He also lied about his immigration status and finances and tried to get his sister to remotely wipe his iPhone to hide evidence. And to this, I say, when is the podcast episode coming out? Because this is my favorite kind of podcast or documentary. I love a documentary or a podcast about a Ponzi scheme, rich people making stupid decisions, taking money from one, taking what is it, taking money from Peter to pay Paul and Mary or something? Did I just say that wrong? Peter Paul and Mary? Okay. But I think that's a crazy story. So Travis was an investor. Travis has made some interesting business decisions in his life. Do you know that? Did you guys hear this awful story that happened here in Los Angeles last night? It is so so bad. So in chat's worth, which is that way. Chat's worth is that way. It's in the San Fernando Valley. It's more north than I am. But like, you know, I'm always in that area. I was just in North Ridge yesterday. So it's like right next door to North Ridge. There was a car, a SUV, I believe, that slammed into the side of a bus.

47:15And that killed three people, that car accident. It was a horrible, horrible car accident. So when there's car accidents and big traffic issues, of course, we get the helicopters that go up in the air. And our local NBC news helicopter alongside ABC and probably so many more were up in the air and they're all kind of circling the crash. This is what you do. And while they were up in the air, all of a sudden you start hearing these beeps and whatever in the camera, you see the camera and the helicopter slowly like lowered. She's like, you can't pull up and then it goes silent. And the helicopter crashed live on the air. And they died, the pilot and the reporter. And she's been with NBC for years and years and years. I don't watch a lot of local news, but I'm sure I've heard her speak before her name is Eliana Moreno. And I forget his name right now. I'm going to have to pull it up the pilot. But the woman who caused the original crash is now in jail for murder.

48:24They arrested her for murder, which is very interesting to me. And she's on a $2 million bond. But she's in there for murder because they believe that it was like a choice. So I believe either she was drunk, who was high or she was speeding intentionally or she was rage driving or she crossed the light. Like, I have no idea. But it's just so sad. In two minutes, five people dead like that. It was like a chain event, just horrible. So you're sitting there and you're seeing the traffic accident and all of a sudden the helicopter goes down and explodes huge fire. Just really, really sad. I don't think she's going to be charged for the helicopter crash deaths. I think she'll be charged for the murders for murder for who she hit with her vehicle. But wow, I am never getting into a helicopter. People are insane. If you do some bachelor show and they say you've got to get in a helicopter, I would say I quit. I'd rather be single for life. I have zero interest

49:30in ever getting in a helicopter. I can watch the videos of the view that you guys film from your phones and then put it on YouTube. I'll watch it. I don't care if it's cool. I don't care if it's um, a like no thank you. I don't want to get into helicopter in Hawaii. I don't want to get into helicopter around the Empire State Building. And I definitely don't want to get into helicopter over water. I don't know. It's not for me, not for me. Flying is tough already. You know, there's a documentary that just came out about the Boeing, the whole Boeing situation. I think it's on Netflix and Lance wanted to watch it. And I said, no, why am I going to give myself even more reasons to be scared to fly? No thanks. Cosmic really? I've never been on a plane. I don't think I ever will know. I got to get you on a plane.
