"Passive VS. Active Health"

The Long Road

About this episode

Here are a few of my thoughts and stories about "passive" health when someone does something to help you and "active" health when you do something to help yourself directly. We really need both, but many times our ego and own insecurities get in the way of us relaxing enough to admit we need help. We are often afraid of self-exploration, yet this is important for growth as well as overall health. Examples given are chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, trigger point release, sensory deprivation tanks, and outdoor activities like trail running and hiking. #thelongroad
