About this episode
I always wanted to be a mom but never knew how triggering it would be. Give me dirty diapers, crying babies and killer imaginary play all day long thats a cake walk. Not having a healthy family dynamic as a child has made parenting a challenge for me. I find myself questioning my parenting on if I am doing all the right things. What the hell do healthy boundaries look like when punishment in my childhood was a good ass whooping?
Listen in to my thoughts on parenting triggers, the shadows I am trying to overcome with parenting and the folding fan effect of how I see these shadows and triggers.
