Parenting During the LA Wildfires

There are no adequate words to express the horror of the ongoing LA wildfires. It’s completely understandable if you feel worried, out of control, or stunned. Parenting is hard enough on a “normal” day, but in times like these—when a natural disaster adds an emotional and mental toll—it can feel almost impossible. Dr. Becky recently held a virtual event for parents affected by these wildfires - this episode is the recording of that event.
