It's March 9th, here's your NFL news in two minutes. Subscribe to stay locked in all season. The Carolina Panthers just landed edge-rusher Jalen Phillips on a massive four-year deal worth 120 million dollars. Earlier this year, the Philadelphia Eagles traded a third-round pick to the Miami Dolphins to bring Phillips on board for the 2025 season. But he only played in eight regular season games. Phillips was a first-round pick by the Dolphins back in 2021 and has racked up 28 career sex so far. The Eagles hope to hold on to him, but salary cap limits force their hand despite keeping other stars. That 30 million dollars per year average now ranks him 7th among edge-rushers, shaking up the market for top defenders. DNN is brought to you by our sponsor.
