PA's Weirdest State Symbols

We're about to celebrate the 4th of July, and we all know that the US gets repped with stars, stripes and soaring bald eagles. But how well do you know Pennsylvania's own state symbols? Over the years, we've adopted all sorts of plants, animals, and even a drink to represent our Commonwealth, but not all of these symbols and the stories behind them are common knowledge.
