Owning Our Bodies Again with Tanner Martty

Tanner Martty is the owner of Free State Gym, a personal and group fitness center in Eagle. I learned about Tanner from many people who were, by all classic metrics, broken down and destined for medication and low mobility for the rest of their lives. They worked with Tanner and have been given a new lease on life. This is a huge problem that we must address as we, as a country, look at the failing health of our population, and I really enjoyed hearing Tanner’s perspective. Enjoy!

The school systems in the area are also quite diverse. Boise school district and West Ada School District, though right next to each other, are quite different. Ada County is also home to our state capital and many of our elected officials.
