And so, yeah, we got a lot to get in. We're going to talk about Justin and his recent story breaking and the results of that and how you all need to stop sleeping on his dude. I mean, you know, even you Michigan fans, I know you hate him, but how many receipts do we need? Does he need for you to say, hmm, I'm going to sit this one out. Now with that said, we got our brother, our super friend and Trenzik in the house to

4:07come and join us to weigh in on what Spiro has been talking about, what he's been implying, what he's been hinting at and all of that. And Trenzik, man, it's been a minute. I've been trying to get you back on here. Glad I was finally able to get you on. How you feeling, brother? I'm feeling great. And I enjoyed that video from Spiro today. I think I got a lot of people excited. Yeah. And we're going to play that video and we're going to, you know, narrate through it a little bit. We're going to have it muted a little bit because of the music with the YouTube strike. We just want to avoid that. But I want you all to see the visuals. This might be the most, the best video I've seen him make visually. And he's made a lot of good ones, Nevada. I mean, this was a fun, it was a funny video, it was, it was creative, all of that. So what did you think about the video, Nevada? Yeah. No, I mean, great stuff and it's, it's amazing how this guy who doesn't even do this as a full-time job has somehow scooped, you know, the Michigan beat and the Michigan mainstream

5:10media on about the last nine stories coming out of there. And this one, you know, clearly the potentially the biggest one of them all, you know, as you said, you know, he's fouling on the sideline of, you know, the Toronto more deleting evidence, Toronto affair, Mr. T funding the scheme, Toronto more, I mean, just list of all of the stories. And I know people like, oh, you're just in spirit, I'm like, just in spirit has been, you know, he's been like Babe Ruth pointing, calling the shots and hitting out of the park every time. So I don't understand any pushback on that because the guys, he's a world-class journalist and he's a bulldog and he's got Michigan in their sights and that's a problem for them. It is. And especially remember, they mocked and scoffed at him when he just released a story about La Troy Lewis a couple of weeks ago and what was it 24 to 48 hours after he was fired. And so, you know, it was credible allegations.

6:12It wasn't just an allegation. You know, somebody gets canned because it's somebody accused him like, but there's really no evidence. It's just an accusation. No, he laid all the evidence out. And I'm sure I'm confident Nevada and the transit that the Atlanta Falcons have lawyers on their payroll who can be able to read through information and determine if it's a fireable offense or worth taking seriously. And that's what they did. And so, just saying, you mess with Justin at your peril, all you want. But before I play the video in transit or Nevada, do you want to say anything else before we hop into this video? Yeah, I mean, I think it's kind of cool seeing Justin's editing just continue to improve. I mean, you guys are saying he does this like Nevada saying this is not his main job. He does this just out of integrity and getting this stuff right. And he takes that very seriously. So it's kind of funny seeing all the Michigan fans. You don't see him in his comments doubting him like they used to. You really don't.

7:13I think it's capitulation on their part. He's done a great job. Yeah. I agree. They're not doubting him as much what they've pivoted to as you're obsessed. And you know, you're, you live in your mama's basement and, and you know, just add hominem. Like they're just pivot to that. And so you're pathetic. Don't you care about Michigan State like, you know, deflecting. So because they really don't, they can't refute. And then it's just like the last thing I'm going to say before I'll put this video on. It's crazy because they some of the same idiots keep like tagging him and responding. And he always hits them with a quoted retweet. What receipts embarrassing them, but they keep doing it. So it is what it is, fellas, but let's go ahead and play this video. And I'm going to put it on mute to start out with and we can kind of narrate a little bit. All right.

8:15So again, here's, here's the visuals, which I think is hilarious, obviously AI, but pretty good AI. Look at Trash. That looks like Trash. At night. He tripped a little bit. Yeah. That's coach Smith. That last guy from Oregon. Yeah. All right. So these are some of the tweets from his sources saying they ready to talk.

9:18That's Uncle T. That was pretty. That was good. That was good. That was good. That was good. Did you got the puck? Sparty. That was funny. All right. Here we go. Hold on. Hold on. 27 mark. 127 mark. And now. See, I'll defer to you on that. I mean, you're the expert. Basically, it comes down to if Blake Koran knew about the LLC in real time, is that not a violation of the by-law in section 16, pertaining to extra benefits. And if it is, is Koran not ineligible for the entire period, which would be all of 22 and all of 2023? Essentially, yes. They would be considered retroactively ineligible in any games participated in during that period. Right. And if that's the case, those wins are gone. They're vacated by rule, correct? Hypothetically. But they're obviously needs to be proof of the violation.

10:20Okay. What happens when I prove it? All right. So mute again. Look at the vacuum airings on Koran, man. You got to be kidding me, Spiro. Hilarious. And how state, claimation, animation, version. He got a kick out of this, by the way. That's our guy, Tate, from Barstool. And yes, Brutus and Sparty celebrate and just as being served. And of course, they had to make a cameo. He should have threw the butter knife in there, though, but it's cool. That's the only only complaint that I have. But yeah, so great video, hilarious video, like intrinsic said, the Harry Potter. I can fast not to not to go off topic, but I've never watched the full full. I've watched like parts of Harry Potter, but not the full movies. I'm going to go back and watch those two just because anyway, Nevada, what's your thoughts on that, brother?

11:24Well, I can't believe that Ohio, Ohio State gets like a like a video thing on him. And then it's like you said like an animation, claimation thing is two. You got two shout outs and like there was nothing. There wasn't like, I want to see an anime to be Moses in there or something like that or like Nevada, like flying like on an eagle or something like that. But they had none of that, man. So where's the look? I mean, Ohio State gets two calls. And we get nothing. Oh, that's a fair criticism, Justin. I know you're going to see this. I mean, you know, because I know the logic is he deals with port noise and scum fans come at him. But scum fans come at us heavy. And you know, and we're the, we're fellow scum killers. Like we, if anybody's at their neck, it's us. And so we're, you know, where's my claimation? So no, after you, but other than that, Nevada. So let's kind of get into what he said with the NCAA. And in transit, obviously, we want you to give your perspective because you are, you are bylaw Bobby.

12:29Like you know this stuff. You have some thoughts about, I guess, loopholes, different things that can go back and forth with this. Now, this is the caveat is we don't know everything Justin has. And that's a phone call or a text the way to pick his brain. But we don't know what evidence he has. He's just adamant that he has the evidence. And you know, he does not going to say that if he does it. So Nevada, did you want to respond to that first? Well, I'll lay it out and kind of layman's terms. I'll let in transit kind of come in and fill in the bylaws and the rules and regulations and things. But my understanding of this is that, that counter stallions formed a company. This LLC BC to LLC or whatever it was or. And that Blake Corm was listed on the articles of incorporation. You know, for the LLC. And when when queried about it, Blake Corm claimed he didn't know anything about it. Because at that point in time, he had kind of recognized that him being in business with a coach would somehow trip the.

13:37In permissible additional benefit thing because he was given a benefit that was not available to all the other players on the team. He got it because his special circumstance as Blake Corm. And that that would be a violation of the NCAA rule. And would, you know, hence make him an ineligible player, which would then potentially trigger vacations of wins, etc, etc. So that's kind of my, you know, lay persons, you have it. But in transit, maybe you can kind of talk about the specific rules that are being violated. Potentially by Blake Corm in this situation. If that that Justin, because I'm just going to take as a given that Justin can prove that this happened because Justin doesn't say that unless he can prove it. So let's suspend disbelief on that part. Tell me what violations would have occurred at that point. And then what are the potential remedies and penalties by the NCAA? Yeah, so Justin all listed the two that he has an eye there.

14:41I think the major one that would redeem him an eligible would be the 16.2.3, which is an extra benefits section. Basically, if you're in business with a coach, it has to be equal for each student athlete. Right. So that would be the one that he would have violated. But in looking for a further and Justin knows this, the Michigan law has it different. We're basically, if you receive an on aisle benefit, you have to disclose it. So if you kind of go and take what Spiro is saying, he's saying he has Michigan's admin emitting to him that they were aware of this business relationship between Corum and stallions. Now, that's a relationship, which Corum, as you mentioned, denied even knowing a body, said my lawyer will look into it. He still hasn't looked into it, but regardless. So to me, that says that wasn't disclosed because that was something that maybe Justin, I disagree on.

15:42I'm not sure. But if it was disclosed, so if he disclosed that I believe it, he would still be eligible. So that's the extra benefit one. And he also mentioned 12.1.1, which was I thought was interesting because that's basically a rule for the member institution. So for Michigan, that basically Michigan has a job of making sure his players are eligible and in compliance with an aisle policy, what not. So he's basically saying because I haven't seen him poke at that bylaw until today. So that is hand pointing towards the institutions involvement. And that's where I believe just practically looking at this, because I know a lot of people are saying it's like, hey, they're not going to do anything because they had them dead to rights in the last one. So me working, you know, with the lawyer that I have, we think just like tangulate now, this is, this is just how we are viewing the situation doesn't mean it has to be done that way.

16:45But how we view it is that if Spiro wouldn't bet against at this point, could prove that Michigan knew about this and. They intentionally circumvented like to prevent its disclosure or to hide this from the NCAA. That adds another level to where it's just not a technicality of its eligibility. It's also the institution itself covering it up. So we think if that were to happen, that that would for sure break it open. And Justin has said as much when he says, so for some of your listeners who just aren't in this day today, Spiro has said on this show and he said to others that he has tapes of which the admin has admitted to knowledge of this. That is huge because that implies that they knew about it. They didn't take measures to disclose this not during when they were supposed to find everything during the last NOA.

19:49So that adds that extra layer. So I think kind of what you're seeing Spiro do behind the scenes. I have to guess because he kind of works in the dark. People always ask me what Spiro do. I don't know. But he has to find out simple things like was this disclosed right he has to find out connections to if there was like he knows the admin knows about it. He has to find proof because he said he won't leak those tapes because of journalistic integrity. So I think he's been doing some of that and just kind of reading the TV is I think he's got somewhere. So. All right. I just want to push back on one thing in transit. So the implication then would be that Michigan knew about something and didn't disclose it. And that just seems totally out of character for Michigan administration because we've only known them to be totally above board and ethical saw. I'm kind of I'm kind of ashamed for even implying that they could do something underhanded like that.

20:53Yeah. Well, that's the thing. There's so much smoke. I mean, if you want to look back at this story. So for some of you like this LLC was found out by is actually I believe it was first found out about a Michigan state guy on a forum. But regardless as they started searching everything because there's so much shadiness going on with that football program where they found this LLC was stallions name on it. And so anyways, this was actually made through a company that wired magazine had a it was made through registered agents ink who creates these LLCs under a cloca anonymity. So someone like went to steps to try to like hide its origin. And it's also another weird thing about it too is once it became public this LLC once it was dug up two things happen for one that LLC dissolved. And then in Blake Corms own blog. So this is something no one probably really looks at someone went back and edited the language and so we some guys I believe some of these guys found this in 11 words, but regardless is he actually added the language about a housing investment that he had in an arbor.

22:09So some property he bought an arbor. He kind of basically made that disappear. So someone went back tracking on Corms and so I can't say for sure it's him, but someone who controls his blog edited language about this LLC. So probably beginning him saying basically stallions committed a felony because he's saying that as soon as he said he didn't have knowledge that means that stallions forged his name, which is a felony it's perjury. So he's so we assume that he didn't commit perjury right but if you go further this whole creation of the LLC was strange is dissolution was strange. That's not getting answers is strange. So yeah, that's sorry about the tangent, but there's always something really shady going on about this, including that, including the investment he had in an arbor that he made disappear. Yeah, so let me go into a little bit of what Justin said on his one of his latest tweets in regards to this it gives us some insight. So in the beginning of the tweet, I'm not going to read it all he says, you know, tell him our house statements because they had a vacay wins because of you know silly stuff.

23:17Then he says Michigan did not self report any of their record setting number of violations in cheeseburger gay or sine gay and they certainly did did not self report this still unadjudicated quorum matter. In fact, they covered up covered it up, then he gives bullet points, Blake quorum knew about the LLC, Blake quorum light about it Michigan knows quorum knew and knows he lied about it. These are facts for which there is strong evidence. Then he cites the rule violations, thus by rule quorum was ineligible for all games in 2022 and 2023 by law 16.02.3 and 12.111. Okay, and he just goes in and finishes off by saying there's no nuance or mitigation as always you and MSU learned the triggering of the vacated wins penalty is inherent to the violations and is automatic. We just don't know the exact, you know, information he has, but we know Justin well enough all based off his track record, his integrity. He doesn't run with stuff without vetting it 50 million times. I mean, he could have something. He still wants to better even more as much as some of y'all hate him. This dude is as tight and right as as you possibly can get as an investigative journalist. So I know some of you are saying and listen, let me say this fellas.

27:33I completely understand some of the comments about being skeptical with the NCAA. I'm not skeptical of Justin Spiro. It's just the NCAA are buffoons. And so they prove that with this last it when they had everything on a silver platter. And they said, oh, you know what, you're supposed to get a two year boba for this. This was really bad. And we're going to let you know how bad it was throughout this entire document with scathing language. And but you know what, because of the kids, we're not going to give you that two year boba that you deserved and earned by cheating. So it's just I get the the angst or I get the skepticism about the NCAA. But, but this is a higher level of confidence and and Spiro be an adamant about this than he's ever been. And so I think this is a something like Nevada has said anybody, it trends here in Nevada. You went away in Nevada. I see you.

28:33Well, yeah, but yeah, I won. I share your skepticism about the NCAA. So let that goes without saying the three of us probably more so than anybody or eight the NCAA for the way that they botched the the required decision. But putting that aside, I have complete faith in Justin. And so when Justin says I've learned for my interactions with Justin over years that when he says he has something, he has it. And the one thing I'll say for the NCAA is if it was any other type of situation other than an ineligible player. I honestly would just like shelve it because I just I think in eligible players is the one area that they've showed a little bit of background. You know, you know, they they follow through it, you know, more than a few times, these seem to be the only cases that they seem to care about. I think it's because they're black and white. There's not a lot of nuance on them.

29:34You know, if you violate the rule, players in eligible, it players in eligible the games on count. I mean that that that kind of linear thinking they seem to do well with. So, you know, between my confidence in Justin and that the nature of the offense. I'm, you know, I'm willing to be heard again. I'm willing to be heard again by believing in this because I really think. I know it, you know, you just know it. It ain't a gutter all over you know that this happened his response from just from a quorum about his name being forged on an LLC document was totally weird and inappropriate and nobody responds that way. So, you know, your only logic or conclusion is that he knew about this. And that, you know, this was the, he was intentionally trying to deflect, you know, blame for me. And the fact they went back and scrubbed his social media language, referring to life. It was BC to LLC or whatever it was. I mean, that's that's pretty damning. So, I think there's a consciousness of guilt.

30:41He's got it in terms of tapes that ties Michigan to it. Then I think there's lots of reasons that we can be consciously optimistic that maybe there is some justice in the world that comes to NCAA and Michigan. Yeah, and I want to say something because this is a distinction that I have have to make to myself because we all have our views towards the NCAA. Of course, we're bullish Justin Spiro. We're bears NCAA. I think that probably describes the most people. But the NCAA was demanding core penalties for the Michigan science ceiling probe. They demanded Ross Dallanger pointed that out. That's NCAA. The COI is like an independent committee of other people who aren't like NCAA workers who then like basically in a judge process come to a decision. So COI went rogue. The NCAA played that by the book and that actual report that came out was worse than what even I had expected. So, and what Nevada was saying, they are pretty like anal about these intelligibility rules and they don't have a lot left.

31:46So, I think we're all going to be skeptical of the NCAA. I mean, I still am even with what I just said. I'm still skeptical. But if that's why I think that next layer and he says that in his post, I'm glad you read that. I'll be because he says that to admin knew about it. Okay. This isn't just like, hey, I forgot to disclose something. This is, this is, I knew that he was an eligible and then it disclosed this and didn't ever tell you guys. That's why he's talking about if you see his policy saying self reported, like when Michigan State looked back and we had our wins vacated, we self reported some like plain tickets or something silly, something really small and it vacates everything. So, and that just happened this last year. So, if he can, if he can, so what I'm just looking at how we're looking at it from a practical perspective, if he can come out with something that says, hey, not only was he an eligible because he received NIL funds from this LLC, which were not disclosed, but also the admin knew about it and the great thing that Spiro has here working for him is he's already told he was told that that happened.

32:55So, he just has to go find it. That's a big advantage to him here. So, yeah, I think he got somewhere. If you just kind of follow Spiro's post, which I'm sure a lot of you do, he definitely made headway when he came on your show a couple of weeks ago, and he said he had the two silver bullets. You guys remember that. So, he's made headway on this. I'm most certain of it. Got you. Real quick, I see you in the chat. Duplicator, you asked this twice. Can anyone answer my question in all caps? You're yelling now. Didn't NCAA already ruined this last year? No, they did not. Duplicator. This LLC situation was not included in the sign stealing, you know, illegal sign stealing document, you know, with stallions and the coaches, all of that. That wasn't included. It was mentioned. It was brought out because obviously quorum was interviewed and he lied on camera and said he didn't know about it, but this was not a part of the report. So, no, this was not rude already. Any response to that, fellas?

33:57What about yell that? Did they answer their way? Does that change your answer in any way because I yelled it? No, it doesn't. Yeah, actually, I think he brings up a good point though because you think, hey, didn't they just look at everything? Well, for one, Michigan was supposed to. It's not a bad question. Michigan was supposed to find stuff like this during that investigation. The NCAA never accused them of it. They never got an NOA about it. They never got an NOI about it. They never looked into it. The one thing I was told, and I can't verify this because I haven't seen the emails, but I was told that it was submitted to the NCAA. Everything that they could find publicly about this LLC, meaning that people basically sent to the NCAA saying, hey, look it. Here's this LLC, here's stallions, look into it. But just because you do that doesn't mean that the NCAA is going to listen to you. I would have heard that that happened. So, but what Spiro is going to do here is going to be beyond that. Clearly, if you guys seen his report, he has like packs, he has documents, he has hard stuff that you can't just find online like we did here.

35:07Yeah, Nevada, did you want to respond? Well, yeah, I think, you know, the whole nature of the same in Michigan has been, they don't solve for port. They don't solve for port anything. You know, you can talk about the Michigan State stuff being self-reported. The Ohio State, the whole entire tat gate, trust, that was all from an internal Ohio State investigation. So, you know, Michigan strategy on this has been to not be forthcoming to never disclose this. And no, I'm the last one to answer that. The question, yeah, no, this was this was never before the committee on infractions. Because, you know, just there was no evidence presented and Michigan certainly didn't follow up with any evidence that they had or didn't have at the time. But if Justin has it, this would be I believe that this would be an entirely new in entirely new case and certainly unrelated to the science deal. Yeah, real quick. This is what I'll be talking about with this chat, man, you're hilarious.

40:17When the bad guys get the, you know, I guess get off without really getting cracked. Like they should have got cracked and transit. Go ahead, bro. No, and that just made me the point like it's so funny. Yeah, they cheated like nothing is worse than knowing your opponents plays. Like anyone who's played the sport or can just conceptualize the sport. Knowing what your opponent is going to run is a huge competitive advantage. And they, but I remember talking to you guys about when we were trying to predict the penalties. It was like, maybe, you know, it's not clear. Although they have the latitude to do it. It's clearly in there. It says other reasons of AK games. But for every reason, in eligible games. So I think it would be so fitting for the NCAA selective in ridiculous punishments for some things while letting other things slide. That they go back and vacate these games over this, this LLC and not disclosing money earned, which is the rules, by the way.

41:18But they should have vacated it all from the on field cheating for a competitive advantage. It's hardless. It is the interpretation. It is the correct interpretation. Like if you guys see there, Spiro is telling you he's talking to an NCAA source. So this isn't me and my lawyer, but this is him talking to an NCAA source who says, yes. If you can prove he broke these laws, then hypothetically, yes, it's ineligible. And that means everything's vacated. That proof par would just be legendary work on Spiro because how do you get document disclosure documents from the university? Right. Showing that I didn't disclose this. How do you receive records of, uh, forum receiving money, because I understand he could have this LLC. But if he did not receive money from it, that's not a violation, because that's no benefit. What benefit did he receive if he did not receive money or assets or something similar, right? So Spiro has to find all that stuff. So people sometimes like, what's taking so long? Well, for one, he's not using those tapes, which I've also heard some people say.

42:22Maybe he doesn't have the tapes for, I'd have two answers for that. One is everything that he said, you have no reason to not trust this guy at this point. But two, I've also spoken with one of the people he showed the tapes to who verifies it. Yes, I've heard this tape. So. Yes, that tape exists, but he has to go and do this legwork now to find these documents and do all that. Like that's a lot of work. I don't know how he gets to it, but he clearly has, he's even said this. He has two sources inside the university. So maybe they're able to get it to him, but regardless. Yeah, I'm bullish on Dustin Spiro. Obviously, I'm, you know, with that as far as NCAA. I think we all the similar feelings about regarding them. But if he shows that they intentionally circumvented this disclosure that that someone from the admin or the coaches did that. That's a level beyond just the analogy ability. So I think if that happens, I think the environment's right for them to open a case. And if they open.

43:25So if you ever see this case open, they're done. Just know that if it gets opened, it's done. Because they're very quite dry. Like what Nevada was saying, on eligibility, they're, it's just letter of the law. They always do it. They never have it. Nevada, what you got on that, bro, cutting dry. I mean, look, it's, it's, I think what we're all hoping is that Justin's going to be very careful and take his time. And you know, for him, it's about his reputation and he's always been that way. He's always been very thoughtful. And I know people want it now. You know, people wanted stuff six months ago and they're like, why aren't you doing it? You know, as intrinsic says, there's a lot of work that goes into it. And, you know, the Michigan's a master. I saw today, Partridge, the ex coach sued Michigan today over his dismissal. Yeah. And, you know, you know, it just, I just another black eye for award manual on this. And you really went and wonder where the involvement is.

44:25Was the involvement at the administration level? Was it at the coach? You know, where was the, where was the touch point with Blake Gorham on this thing? And, and do, do the roads lead up to award manual? Because, you know, we've talked about the internal investigation that's going on that's going to ultimately result in his being fired, which I can't imagine. You know, any other possible result on it. But you just wanted to do all roads lead to award manual on this one. That's, that's my question. Yeah. And then here, here's the other thing that we have not mentioned yet. There's still an ongoing investigation that we're waiting on the results of now. You talk about skepticism. We're skeptical of the depths and the integrity of the investigation. But there is one. Maybe we'll be pleasantly surprised. Let me ask y'all. On, on a confidence scale from one to 10. What is your confidence level 10 be in the greatest that this is a legitimate investigation that they're, that they're, they're not playing around. They're uncovering.

45:29They're overturning all stones. They're looking at every like this is a legit investigation. What's your confidence. I'll start with you and trends it. I think part of it will be legit. I think the fact that they didn't expand the scope of this third party investigation to include the board of regents and ex president. Because I understand some of this might wife stuff involves the board of regents and ex president. So if you really need to look into all the shady dealings, you need it comes from the very top and even Tom Mars or lawyer said culture comes from the top. So the fact that they've kind of isolated it into just athletic department, I think is a shame if they really wanted to clean up the culture, they'd start with the board of regents. I do think some of it's legitimate. I mean part of it and part of things that be Moses and I heard is that a recruiting director or someone in recruiting. There was another fair going on and that's going to be one of the additional firings. So I have to see if that how that pans out. But I think they're going to, I think they're going to do enough to, to make it seem like they've got it all out there, but I think some of the really bad stuff.

46:37They're going to be willing to still hide or maybe not work with them to hype and not give them access to find out if that makes sense. Yeah, real quick Nevada before you weigh in the difference. So how state, you know, when our president, by the way, their name and the new president tomorrow at 9 a.m., you know, when when stuff pops off like that, it's handled swiftly. And, you know, it's, it's boom, boom, you're done. It's no, oh, it's been months, oh, we beat Ohio State. So we'll keep them around or, or all will, you know, wait till an investigation comes to, to get them up out the paint. No, that's the difference. Men and women are going to do things that are under coming or make mistakes or, or, you know, whatever fall short, but how does the administration handle it? So that's one thing also intrinsic and Nevada is I'm glad to see this joy Velasquez slander seems to have gone away from uncle T and all that foolishness and Ryan Day's brother. I have at least I haven't seen it lately. So, you know, it's just, it's just so much mess and just ridiculousness from, from the boys up north and the whole pot is just rotten and stinking.

47:51Nevada, wish on one to 10, wish a confidence level that the investigation is legit. Well, it's, it's, I'm going to have to say like a five just because it's going to be legit in that they already know, they already know what the result is. They've been, they were told what the result needs to be. So it'll be legit towards the end of, you know, the show in a report that talks about the culture and the athletic department being broken. How ward manual has lost the, you know, the trust of the board and needs to be removed for cause and that's how they negotiate him out of his contract. You know, it's, it'll be a legitimate illegitimate exercise because if it was truly legitimate, they would say just do the work and lead us work, lead us, but these guys know what the objective is. They are, they know the marching orders. They know, they know what they have to get and, you know, words got to go. You know, this thing with the partridge thing is just the way you read the partridge thing and, you know, ward manuals even says, oh, I was probably hasty on that.

48:56I was probably emotional. I'm like, like, he just, he says stuff that you're like, what, what are you, how do you still have a job? Right. How are you doing this? But, um, yeah. So I'll say it'll be a legitimate illegitimate investigation because they, they know what they're set out to find. All right. All how state self reports, Michigan throws phones into lakes and deletes text messages. We are not the same. Exactly. Men will send women will lie. People will make mistakes and do things. How does the management and the people up top handle said things and Michigan has done everything, but been forthcoming about all of their mess and scandals and that includes their media. Anyway, Transy, you was about to say something. Yeah, I mean, as far as, as far as the Ohio State situation, I just think, if this was that. So yes, one person, the lone wolf argument that Michigan fans like like to revert to, like, not they have like eight or nine lone wolves.

49:58Yeah, if one person goes rogue and does something bad, you know, that that really isn't, doesn't point to there being a huge institutional problem. But when you have, you know, your head coach, then your next head coach, both offensive coordinators, when you have this systemic problems that all sudden, then you start pointing towards institution. So anyways, I just wanted to give you some number. So at the beginning of this month, over $2.1 million had been spent on this investigation at Michigan's writing. So that's another 2.1 million. Any investigation has gone on longer than was expected because it was expected to be resolved in the middle of middle of January. So something set this investigation off. You guys showed my post on that a few weeks ago, but this investigation has gone longer because someone inside Michigan is talking. So I think we're going to see some things in that report that we like to as far as that goes. I think, oh, that we like, I mean, I like because I hate on this.

54:09But it probably won't be very nice things involving more people knowing about more and going back and whatnot. I think it's going to be like a Nevada side with the end result to try to push word manual. All right, real quick. I'm going to read this. I think this is important for even more context from Justin standpoint and also some of the criticism. So he got a tweet from some guy named Chris. It says, you keep saying there's strong evidence to support your claims, but you never present the evidence just in. That's not how proving a case works. If you want anyone caps, he yelled to believe you, you are going to have to produce. We are basically several years into saying the sky is falling. Justin's response. The evidence is off the record. I could have reported sure I'm sure I'm more as a fair in October of 2024 14 months before I eventually broke that story. I had the evidence then to, but instead of burning sources.

55:09I kept digging into like a reported the right way. Just like now to me, that post is bars. That really tells you he's given you the receipts like, okay, you keep mocking me. But I have integrity. I'm holding back because I'm integral and I have sources that I have respect for. And so out of respect for my sources, I'm not going to jump the gun, no matter how tasty and delicious it might be to do so. And so he's telling you, you're still mocking me now. And I'm telling you, I have evidence. It's just like I told you, and I have it, and it's in or should run more. So it's just like again, we're all skeppy hippo about the NCAA. I know I am. But how could you doubt this cat at this point as if he's just lying and make a stuff up? I'm just saying, I'm just saying, fellas Nevada, what you got on that man? Yeah, well, I mean, you know, Justin's careful. I mean, Justin's been very careful about this. But if you've been following this case, it's been, you know, it's been, there's been a buildup on this. We've seen it coming. We've seen him kind of going to the line and kind of stepping back and we know what he's been looking for. And he seems to have found it.

56:27And I'm just, I just want justice to be done. You know, I've always felt that way. I felt like, you know, the last case, you know, it was intrinsic pointed out rightfully, you know, the NCAA tried to do the right thing. The COI went rogue on something like this. It seems like it's less squishy. It's less, you know, under other, you know, powers as available. This is, you know, pretty, pretty cut and dried and vacating wins doesn't hurt the kids, you know, going back in terms of anything backward doesn't hurt the current players. So that argument would seemingly be to have removed from it as well. So I'm excited about it. I'm consciously optimistic about it. And in the all, I can't wait to get Justin on the show and see what we can squeeze out of him when we get him on the pod next time. Yeah, for sure. And for those, you know, who say the phrase, I'm not trying to get my hopes up. I don't know. I don't, I don't.

57:27I don't think that way. Like, my thing is this, I'm going to go about my business. I'm going to talk about Buckeye football. I'm going to enjoy my life. And as this is cooking and brewing, if it comes out that, hey, they're going to get popped and celebrate if it doesn't end up being anything. All right, cool. Are we going to move on? We know that Nadi was fake. We know their cheaters. We know all of that. But this would definitely be justice. Like full justice. If this went to occur. So I would, I would submit that to you. Don't look at this as, oh, I don't want to listen to this and give my hopes up. No, just taking the facts, taking the logic, taking the breakdown of like, okay, this is what we're dealing with. And just, you know, let the chips fall into it. Are you anything to say about any of that? Yeah, I mean, we've seen two more national champion in San Stan. I don't see any of the national champions talking about their legitimacy from year to year. Like, that's constantly happening. These guys are still trying to defend the legitimate title. I don't think anything's going to change that that title was surrounded by on field cheating and their coach being suspended multiple times in the season.

I don't believe if I worked in the NCAA that that decision was what they wanted in negotiations as reported by Ross Dallinger. I also think that we've seen the complete collapse of this program afterward. We've seen sure on more engaging stuff to people who are not football fancy as very egregious, very offensive to someone who's married with children dangerous. That's right. So then they start noticing, OK, well, this stems from a cultural problem. Well, then boom, not only that we have a SA case that's even more disgusting with allegedly the head coach saying he wanted in on it. This is offensive to your ordinary person and it's all stems from this not being taken care of properly. The NCAA should have or the COY and their decision should have taken care of this and made it so sure on more was not able to coach there.

1:00:43And if everyone from Harbaugh now they're saying we got a cleaner to treat free press. We have to clean out everyone from the Harbaugh eras. Listen, that should have happened by the organization governing the sport. OK, if you did that, we don't have this sure on more. We don't have this literally Lewis allegations, right? So I think that and part this is building. It's not building from just an investigative stand from Spiro doing his work. Spiro's credibility is growing. He's also getting more sources and more people who keep eyes on his stuff like bar stool tape, for instance, he was not looking at Spiro's stuff six months ago, right? He is now there's a lot of eyes on this right now. So when this comes to release, I think the appetites here, let's do the just thing. Let's do the just thing get everything out there, not just from your internal report, but get everything out there and let's just move on. I mean, regardless, it's tainted. You can see that in behaviors, but that's what needs to happen here. Nevada, that was a transit. That was a great, great spiel. Like what he just said is so, so important.

1:01:50But the meat or the highlight of what he just said is basically if you would have done the right thing and cleaned house of the riff raffes and all the town foolery and in all the perverts and all the then residual victims were created because you didn't do that. Like that's, that's true. That's painfully true. The Troy Lewis, the accused alleged rapist would not be there to do that and to, you know, come at the young lady like he did and sure, like all of that, that matters. But that's what happens when you don't have good leadership to do what's right to not just do what's right, but to protect others. I mean, it's just, it's crazy. Nevada, any response to that? Well, look, I mean, we've all been part of organizations and you know, you know what you can get away with. You know what's going on and Harbock created an atmosphere up there where stuff like this was OK, you know, cheating in any shape or form was OK.

1:03:02The rules didn't apply. Reporting didn't exist. You know, I mean, that's the environment that that is his legacy as much as people want to talk with the 2023 undefeated scene. That is his legacy. I mean, he left that program in tatters literally and then on the way out took all the staff to strengthen conditioning coach and burned it down behind them and then and left. We said for years, we said, Sean Moore's the guy that's got to go down with the plane because somebody's, you know, somebody's got to do it. And that's exactly what it was. He was not qualified to do it. They put him in that job. Somehow he beat Ohio State that first year and, you know, they were ready to put him on the Mount Rushmore of greats and, you know, it was all, it was all it was all lie. The entire gym Harbock experience was, it was an object failure for Michigan. And they're still, you know, they're still paying the price, but this is directly the residue of that Harbock higher some 10 years ago. Yep. So true. What a mess, man. It's ridiculous. 1:04:16It will be glorious to see this happen. But even if it doesn't, we know what the deal is intrinsic any response to that. Just what object. Oh, thanks for your comment. Yeah. Yeah. So that's what will, we'll, we'll be waiting to see if they do the right thing. We'll wait to see what type of evidence Justin can put. But yeah, I, I like the fact that they've been forever tainted because it's the right thing. I don't, well, I didn't want to be tainted just because they're Michigan, but they were cheating.

Whatever happened to honor and integrity being rewarded preach, preach, preacher. I don't know. I don't know when it comes to the NCAA. Well, I'm sorry, the COI and I'm glad was funny is intrinsic me and Nevada have corrected ourselves and corrected that in general many times, but it's so easy to slip back into lumping them in because you're correct. The NCAA did their job and said, Hey, this deserve, this deserves a two year bow ban. They need to get cracked and then the COI went rogue. That's the fair. That's what happened, but we lumped them in, you know, it's kind of by just, this is what we do, but great point.

1:07:35Yeah, I mean, honor, I mean, in the real world, honor and integrity is rewarded. I can tell you I deal with the Michigan fans all the time. They do not feel the same way about their championship as you guys felt about yours the year after. Like, there's a price to pay to some of this. I mean, hopefully, I mean, it's been since 1948, since they legitimately won an outright title. Maybe someday they can experience that we've experienced at Michigan State more recently than they have. But regardless is no one respects that title. This goes from sports object. You talk to SEC fans, you know, the people follow my content. It's very similar to that. And I have people from all over the country. They do not respect that title in their left at over. But regardless, you want to do things the right way in life. And when you do that success feels so much better because make no mistake, every player on that team knew what was going on. They all knew that they had its advantage. And I just don't understand how you as a player who is a player can feel good about doing that to your fellow fellow peer and college athletes. So I'm sure they're going to pay the consequences.

1:08:42Are they already are in life? At least that's how I view the situation. Did you have anything on that one Nevada? No, I just I totally agree. I think the fact that they're just a laughing stock and that they've done so much permanent damage to their brand. Because this, you know, this type of affiliation is not going to go away in people's mind anytime soon. I mean, this is going to be here for the rest of my natural life. People are going to think of them as the cheaters and that, you know, we might have not liked them before, but we never thought they were cheating. But now, like, they're forever known as the cheaters. And that's, that's, that's a terrible moniker to have run your neck for the rest of your rest of your time. Very true. It just one little thing started to interrupt. They have a bridge coach right now. This coach has averaged eight and four his entire career. I know he's a, he's a very straight life, respectable guy, but coaches did not want to come there and coach for them. The program has not looked at as a premier program because of all this stuff. They are still in the fallout of this program over what they did. So some of this is karma coming back at them.

1:09:50Agreed. We said they were that winning hand. We said we liked them. He's a nice guy. Good coach, especially 10 years ago, whatever. He was really strong. But he's a bridge coach. We agree. 1:11:01A couple of weeks ago. They started off 14 to two. I was pumped. And I was like, Oh, we about to get them. And then they went on a 31 to four run or something goofy like that. And it was just they put on a clinic in Iowa. Now I feel like this team is going to be very motivated on a neutral site to right the wrong of that game. Because Iowa was a good team, but they're not that good. We just played poorly. We were missing Tilly. It was just an avalanche of just foolishness. So I think we're going to be Iowa. I don't know if I have the confidence to say we're going to beat the team up north because that's who we play if we be Iowa. So I'm going to say we be Iowa and we and we take Michigan down to the very last minute. And they just pull away at the free the line or something like that. Nevada, what you got on that? What's your thought? Oh, yeah, NCAA tournament. I think we went the first round and go out the second. Go ahead, Nevada. Yeah. Oh, I think we're going to be Iowa and I think we're going to be Michigan. I do. I think I think I think we're a hot team. And I think we're going to make the sweet 16. I don't know if we'll go past that, but I think we'll make the sweet 16.

1:12:09Hot teams that are shooting the ball well with veteran point guards generally do okay in these tournament situations. And I like the Ohio State because we're shooting the ball really well right now. And I think that can take us far. I agree. Now intrinsic as we close out. And I know we got this reminder. We got dad and VB coach coming on next shortly in a few minutes. VB coach is a great poster on Buckeye's group. He's a he's an online coach. Great mind. But before we close out intrinsic what's your thoughts on your Michigan State Spartans in the big 10 tournament, their bracket and the NCAA. What's your what's your your prediction on how far they go. The unbiased prediction. I think we win the tournament and we least get to the eight. I don't think our team has a crazy high ceiling, but I do think you know we play a really good defense and is all really knows how to coach in these moments.

1:13:12So I think I think we can I think we can get to the lead A and we can win this tournament for sure. Okay, well, if we beat Michigan, I think we'll end up seeing y'all in the championship game.
