Also, we're going to talk about some breaking news today. We'll touch on it. Y'all know what that is. We'll get into that shortly. 3:08football season is starting. We're starting practices, getting together with the kids, coming up with plays. You were talking about plays. A house they spring. The Spring Football is in the air. I'm super excited, man. I'm ready to talk about it and I'm ready to see it. I'm ready to get the campus and check it out, man. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, Spring Football, to me, it's just the official announcement that the off seasons over. From here, we've got Spring. We've got summer condition. Now, we're going to fall camp and fall football, but Big Spring for us too. We've never had a Spring with this many portal kids, this many new faces in a program. We've never had a Spring with this many veterans. This is the oldest team that we'll feel. This is by the oldest team in our house that history in terms of just chronological age. Tons and tons of experience with a lot of new faces,

4:10brand new, brand new offense, accordion or Arthur Smith, former NFL head coach. So, yes, so much to look forward to the Spring Football. I'm super excited about it. I'm done with winter. I'm done with bad weather. I'm done with snow. You know, the Buckeye basketball team is getting ready to make a run in March Madness. Yeah. We got Buckeye football back. So, life is good, man. Life is good, but we should touch on the President Carter News today because that came around. We were talking about how much we wanted to talk about it and kind of an unfortunate situation from what I read. He self-reported and a fair that he was having and is stepping down as the President, which makes me sad because I think he was a terrific president. Terrific president in terms of he had full throated support for the athletic program and the football program in particular. At the end of the day, that's kind of what I care about the most and

5:13it's a shame that this happened. It's a shame that humans can be fallible and he was, but I thank him for the time that he had and just hope that the Board of Trustees has the wisdom to hire somebody of a similar caliber and that can help take Ohio State through 2026 and beyond. I just don't know how much there's really to the story. What were your thoughts on it be when you heard that whole thing broke? What were you thinking? Yeah, I was thinking like dang like for real, like you say, like what's going on here, but the thing that stuck out to me was the description or lack thereof and inappropriate and inappropriate relationship with someone seeking public resources to support her personal business. I'm like, huh? So I mean, your mind kind of speculates towards a fair automatically whenever you think of the words inappropriate and woman,

6:21but I'm just like, it leaves your mind to kind of wander and speculate, what does that mean? Like, you know, was it a blackmail situation where they, hey, I'm going to tell if you don't give me this money for my business or like, what was it? And so I just thought that was weird and all the local Columbus media folks are digging trying to get more information, but it was pretty swift found out on the seventh, the board met and bang, he's he's done on the eighth. So swift decision, got him about it to paint quickly and he's done. So yeah, I hope they hire somebody good who understands Ohio State, the culture, you know, and all that, but yeah, that was a cup of coffee here at Ohio State for the president, Ted Carter. Yeah, what I'd heard is it was somebody who's like a, you know, a person that has like a website and they were seeking like a contractual relationship with Ohio State or the state of Ohio

7:22terms of resources and that he was in a position to, you know, get them an agreement or something. You know, just it just one of those, you know, tail as old as time, you know, younger woman, older man, he likes the attention. I mean, just, you know, just, yeah, yeah, just kind of just kind of a sad story, but like you said, had a nice cup of coffee here at Ohio State, wish him well, but you just, you know, hope that they can follow up. Because I thought he would, in terms of a background, he had the kind of background that I want out of the president and I don't want another Karen Holbrook. I don't want another, yeah, the guy that went back to the, I don't, I don't want anybody from the University of California, California, California system, you know, saying like give me somebody who's just a solid, you know, just a absolute supporter of Ohio State, you know, Ohio State football, you know, saying because you need somebody who gets the culture here

8:22and it gets the culture of football because that's really what drives everything in Ohio State. And I just hope that they don't deviate from that because when they hired him, it was a deviation because they hired a bunch of losers before and I'm just, I'm just glad that they got one and then this happened. So, you know, I'm to the next. Yeah, that's, that's the question that's who did they go get because everybody doesn't understand the culture and understand football and would drives and everything. So, I mean, we'll see. Jim Trussell, Lieutenant Governor Trussell. Well, how long was it the lieutenant governor governor role last? Can he just resign? He could resign. He could resign tomorrow. Okay, I mean, people keep saying that. Would he take it in Nevada? Really? You know, I mean, it just, it just be weird considering the circumstances of how he was fired and you know what I'm saying? And yeah, everything else to come back. But

9:25I mean, nothing would make me happier than to have Jim, the only thing that would make me happy than Jim Trussell being the president of Ohio State would be Jim Trussell being the president of the States. Now, I think he's he's the finest person that I've ever met just in terms of just in terms of just a human being. He is about as good, you know, not that he hasn't made mistakes or not but man, he is a he's a good guy. He's a good guy, solid guy. And nothing would make me happier than have Jim Trussell. That would be a full circle moment when he came back as the president of the university. And it's not like it's I mean, it's not like he didn't, you know, he's not having a similar position at Youngstown. So it's not like he couldn't do it. I mean, he could do it. Yeah, I mean, people, you know, the, the tack gate thing is just dumb. I mean, that stuff today in 2026 will be nothing. It was nothing back then as far as what it actually was. But of course,

10:28it was against the rules to get the tattoos in exchange for memorabilia. It always dumb, but it was against the rules. But today, it would be nothing. It would be NIL. So I don't know. I would love it. I don't think it's going to happen. But having trust here as the president would be amazing. So I agree. Will it happen? 14:46into this spring ball. I've made a list. Nevada made some items. I know you have want to talk about some things we're looking forward to seeing in the spring. Now that it is upon us, let's have you kick it off in Nevada. Wish your initial thoughts on spring. And what are some things you want to see? And then I can kind of tell you what I'm thinking as well. Well, I mean, I want to see Arthur Smith influence on the offensive line. You know, I absolutely. And I think I got this one nail. I absolutely have great information on the offensive line. I feel like I've got a good as good a handle on it as I've ever had. And I think it's going to be an absolute team. I think there's going to dominate folks this year. And we're going to dominate them with our top line talent. We're going to dominate them with our depth. I think we've got a lot of flexibility. I think, you know, we could sustain one, two, three. I mean, we could go multiple guys down and still play the high low. I think the offense line is absolutely going to cook. And I think you have the absolute perfect offensive coordinator, former offensive lineman

15:49himself. Got to love the running game at every level that he's ever been at. You'd love to balance offense, but you know, loves Lyndon to a tough physical running game. And I think you're going to see that Ohio State. And I think I think the difference in last year with the way that the offense was coordinated and the way that we attacked the out the running game and the way that we're going to attack it this year, it's going to be night and day difference. And I want to see these young running backs because the running back room right now is kind of wide open, just due to injury. You know what I'm saying? Because you've got Bo Jackson out, you know what I'm saying? You've got, you've got young guys back there. We're going to get a chance to see what legend Bay can do. We're going to get a chance to see what turbo Rodgers can do. You know, we're going to get a chance to see guys that we haven't ordinarily seen before running in this this power spread offense that they're going to be going out there with. I can't wait to see it. So for me number one offensive line Arthur Smith influence on it. Yeah, I definitely agree. We've got a lot of veterans coming back, a lot of experience.

16:50So I'm definitely looking forward to that as well. My topic is what my one of my items I should say is the kicking game. What's your thoughts on the kicking game? How excited are you to see Hawkins from Baylor and the other kids? Well, I'm excited. I'm excited to see all the special teams, you know, with the special teams coach, but Hawkins is really getting, there's a lot of, but I've never heard so much buzz around a kicker as I've heard around Hawkins and I'm talking about not specifically his kicking because nobody's really seeing how he kicks or how he kicks under pressure, but just the way he carries himself, the way he handles his business, the way he goes through drills. You know, I dare I say the aura of Hawkins, the other kids, they like him. They like him. He's already a team favorite. He, I just, he's got it. Sometimes you know it, and you know, you know, you know it yourself. When you meet somebody and they have, you know, whether it be a basketball, you're a young kid with talent, you just know when they have it,

17:54that special, you know, intangible, I think he's got it. And I think that's what you want out of your kicker. You need a guy that's, you know, that can drown out all the noise and go about and handle his business and, you know, in difficult environments and inclement weather, you know, bad field situations. And I think, Hawkins, I think he's got the kind of disposition that really lends itself well to this. I think he's, he's kind of a cocky kid, which is I think you need that in a kicker. I don't think you can be a shrinking violet as a kicker because we've got some nice guys lately as kickers, but I think you're almost too nice. And I think Hawkins is one of those guys that he's got a little bit of an edge to him. He's got a little bit, you know, a little bit of swagger, you know, kicker swag. And yeah, I'm definitely excited to see what he can do and, and Ohio State is as well. Yeah, I think we need that. I think we need confidence from this position because again, it seems like it's been years since we had a guy that we can trust to go out there

18:59and bang a 50-yarder that we need. Not a not a 27-yarder that we don't need, but a 50-yarder that we need and about it. So with the swagger, are you feeling that translates to just sheer confidence? Because kickers are more, you know, laid back, you know, hey, the scrawny kicker, do you think that translates to him being a big game kicker? Yeah, I think he's more like capy Ireland and unnecessary roughness or whatever it is. So yeah, I think he's definitely, he's just, you know, you know, you'll never know until he's put into that first pressure situation. But he's got a lot of confidence in himself, man. He's got a lot of confidence. And you know, when he came to Ohio State, I mean, Ohio State is about the most difficult situation for any kicker that you, I mean, it is the pressure cooker of pressure cookers. And with our history of kicking failings, especially, I mean, it's magnified. You know, imagine, you know, you know, my daughters are

19:59goalie. I mean, he'd be like, going to a place where the previous goalies had failed spectacularly in big spots. So you know that everybody's watching every save you make. That's how it is for this kicker. I mean, everybody's going to be watching every kick and that guy embraced it, came right into it, had actually better offers to go elsewhere, but wanted to kick on the biggest stage possible. And he's here. So I'm excited to see what he can do. Absolutely. All right. So what's your next item? What you want to see in the spring? Well, I'm just I'm excited to see, you know, these veteran guys that we've gotten from these other schools and seeing, you know, how they, you know, can they handle the level at Ohio State? You know what I'm saying? Because I think, you know, we've seen it both ways. We've seen guys come over here and do really well. And we've seen guys, you know, come over and not do very well. I'm just seeing some guys going to do kind of in the middle. I put like a boatkinson kind of in the middle, you know, where are these guys going to come down? Where's James Smith going to

21:03come down? You know, where's John Walker going to go? Where's Earl Little going? You know, we've got so many of these old heads on defense that how good are they? You know, how good are because we don't know we, you know, they, they might be not great, you know, you know, I'm saying, or it might be like, wow, what how the heck did this guy, you know, you fall through their finger? How did he get in up here? I mean, so I'm really excited to see that because we've just never had this minute go through the defense and look how many guys on the starting defense could be transfer progress. Yeah, I mean, it's a lot, you know, and you know, it's, it's what at least five or six, you know, probable starters right out of the transfer portal. We've never had that. I mean, how they go will widely determine how good our defense is in 2026. And so for me, I just want to see what kind of talent we have. We've got, we've got a couple of them that are coming off injury. How they, you know, healed from the injuries. You know,

22:04how are they handling the level? How are they handling the switch to Ohio State football, the big 10th of all? How are they doing it? And, you know, are they acclimating well in terms of it? To me, it's a, it's a huge thing. I'm going to be glued, you know, to the phone, you know, checking for reports on it because I really think our season's going to only going to go as far as our transfer portal guys take us. And so that's, that's a big one for me. Yeah, and there's some big ones here on the screen. Quaver saw and James Smith. We have a resident Bama fan slash buckeye supporter roadside for life in the comment section. What do your thoughts on Quaver saw? Tell us and James Smith. Are you high on them? And I want to ask you, Nevada, because to me, there's other guys I want to see for sure. But these are the two guys. I think James Smith number one is the guy I feel like on defense that could possibly make the biggest impact. And I think way is someone if he takes another step of consistency and is used

23:06properly, which I believe Matt P can can do. I think he has a chance to flash as well. How do you feel about these guys? Do you feel like the two Bama kids are sort of the the premier defensive portal injections? And if, and how do you feel about them? And if not, who's your premier defensive portal injection into the program? Well, I think, I mean, look, James Smith is certainly, you know, I have high hopes for James Smith. If James Smith isn't really good, I'll be shocked. And the people close to the program will be shocked because that he's already a name that, you know, I already say the players know who the players are. And, you know, when I asked them, what do you guys think of the portal kids? You know, it's one of the first things that comes out of their mouth is James Smith. There's like, he is just a big load. And so I'm, you know, I am super high on him. I am

24:06cautiously optimistic on Quay. But, you know, I'd be lying if I said it was the same level of excitement as I have. I think James is a better football player. But, you know, but watch me say that and watch Quay come out with 15 sacks this year and James. I mean, you just, you never know, but that's, yeah, as I sit here on, you know, spring ball eve, that's kind of how I'm looking at it right now. And, and, you know, I think, you know, for other impact guys on defense, you know, I mentioned John Walker. You got the corner back from Georgia. I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm space on his name right now. Um, just, yeah, what is his name? I forgot. Let me pull it up. Yeah, I can't, I can't, I'm, I'm goofing on his name right now. But the, the corner from Georgia, the guy that I can't remember his name right now, I, I'm telling you, my Georgia people are absolutely, they have said since day one on that that we absolutely stole. Like it's, it's like,

25:10we took like their best young player off their team. Dominic Kelly. Dominic Kelly. Dominic Kelly. Dominic Kelly, they, they think Dominic Kelly was him. And, um, you know, I, I, I've had multiple Georgia insiders say to me, he literally was the best underclassmen that we had under defense. And we're tradition, you know, Georgia was traditionally known for great defenses. And, and, you know, he was the guy that they were all super high on for next year and beyond. And so, getting him, you know, just, you know, super excited or a little, you know, excited to see, yeah, Florida stake. And I mean, I'm, you know, excited to see on, I'm excited to see, uh, what is it? Terry Moore is that that guy from the, they said from, yes, sir. That was the one I was, I'm going to pull him up from Duke from Duke. Yep. Yeah. I mean, again, a guy that if he's not coming off injury, I'm like, I'm all in. You know what I'm saying? But, you know, yeah, it come off injury from, but 2024, you know, late, the ball game in 2024. So, you miss 25.

26:11Miss 25. So could he come back and, and roll? Certainly good. Ohio State thinks he can, but until we all see it, you know, going to have questions. But if you play, if he's playing anywhere near the level that he was, um, at Duke, you know, he could be a guy that stepped right in and plays for us. So, yeah, and it's not like we don't have a safety spot open, you know, it's not like we didn't lose Caleb Downs and, and, uh, have some opportunities. So, yeah, now he's another one. But you, you, we started going through the list and it's so many key guys, um, you know, specifically on defense that we brought in, um, you know, so many opportunities, you know, look, they could be, they could be bad, but they could be great. And if they're great and this defense in 2026 is going to be great. That's for sure. Yep. So you read my mind with Terry Moore. He's the, he's another kid. If you watch his film, super athletic, and I'm, I'm a, I'm not going to go into to as much detail yet because we got a super chat asking about this. So I'll save some of my thoughts for the super chat in a little bit. We'll get to in a few minutes. But I'll really invite it like it,

27:16like you said, that's key. If he comes back healthy and doesn't miss a beat from that injury, then I think we got us a stud. He's a stud. But you just don't know after missing a four year, does he come back, not miss a beat athletically, um, is he still engaged mentally into the gang? Like, is it how long would the transition be for him to actually play football football? Not just reps, you know, I'm saying Nevada. So, um, I think that's very important. But we might have his one with this kid. If he adjusts and listen to how state would do everything possible to get him ready. But if he's going to be that same guy on film, Nevada, oh, yeah, we got as a stud. Well, yeah. And, you know, it's, you look at, just, you look at the spots on where we have, you know, openings and you just know that those are going to be the position battles that are going to be the fiercest. And, you know, he's going to be stepping into one where, you know, Caleb Downs is gone. We've got a spot open. Um, you know, that's why he's brought in. You know,

28:18that's why, you know, they're expecting him to come in and make it an immediate impact. Um, you got the kind of like Christian Allegro in the, the linebacker from Wisconsin. You know, we've had, we've got some injuries at linebacker this year. Some, some, some, some guys are going to be out for during the spring. And he's going to get a chance to play. So, you know, you're going to see him a lot out there and we're going to get a chance to see what he can do. So I think, you know, the spring ball for some guys, it's a time to, you know, kind of get some maintenance stuff done and get some injuries taken care of, get their offseason surgeries done and be ready for the fall for other guys. That, that means an opening, you know, for a young guy to come do his thing. We talked about the running backs, but, you know, defense, it's the same way. So I think, you know, this year's spring ball is such, usually in the past, you've had like, because developments so, so changed, you know, before you would see guys and then you would see get the, the backups when they had a chance to play and we kind of had an idea what they were going to do. But now it's like the backups are kind of gone, you know, I'm saying, like the backups

29:20kind of went to other schools. You're filling with guys that actually played last year or new guys that were, you know, third or fourth or fifth year guys from another school. So the whole development, the way we watch the ball, the way we've looked at ball, the way we've kind of evaluated our team, our depth, you know, our depth chart, what it's going to be looking like, it's all changed. And this is the first spring, which really hit Ohio State in a significant manner, because we turned over a third of our team, you know, that's never happened before. So I don't know how that's going to end. I know, you know, in the end of one with a veteran squad, how quickly can we look like a veteran squad and not just a bunch of guys running around out there? Man, I guess we're going to find out during spring ball. Yes, we are. It helps to have veteran head coaches as your coordinators to help get them boys and gear, right? That's a luxury to have mat patrician Arthur Smith to not only teach you scheme, but to just get you ready to execute that scheme. And of course,

30:26we got other great coaches on both sides of the ball, you know, Tim Walton and Larry Johnson, James Lorentz, Matt G, you know, et cetera, et cetera. So we have an advantage of a great staff to be able to get this done, because yeah, this is going to be different about it that we haven't seen as much turnover. The NIO portal world caught up to us as far as the turnover goes. And now we're experiencing it. And it's going to be very curious and exciting to see right and about. I think that's the thing. It's like, you got questions, but they're exciting questions, because I'm excited to see Terry Moore, like Flash and Pop and these kids come in and say, oh, he's good. He's good as we thought we hoped he was. And even if there's some, this is not as good. It's like, okay, well, who's going to step up? You know, all of that intrigue is great, Nevada. Well, yeah. And I don't think people really realize, you know, when the last time you saw

31:26these guys was, you know, January 1st. And so that's like 10 weeks ago. You don't think guys could change that much in 10 weeks, but they do. And I see it all the time where these guys come back and some guys will come back and put on 25 pounds and, you know, completely, you're transferring their bodies and, you know, it's exciting. And you know, you're exactly right. You know, we've got two NFL head coaches that are coordinators and they're going to be able to, you know, mold this group and see what they can kind of do with it. That's a lecture we'd never had before to host it. We've never had a group of coordinators this experience. We never had a staff with this much, you know, we never had a team this old. We never had an offensive line with this many starts. We've got a returning quarterback who was at the Heisman ceremony last year, you know, I'm saying. So we've got a lot, we got a lot of good things going, you know, a lot of positive activity. We haven't even talked about Julian saying. And his, yeah, the growth of him and what he

32:28looks like as a freshman. And I said, this is last pop. But at this time last year, we were talking about whether it was going to be him or Lincoln Keenols. Right. You know, we weren't sure what Julian Zan was. We knew he'd throw him well at the elite 11. We knew he was highly regarded. But being great in high school doesn't necessarily mean being great in college. So we didn't know what we were going to get. Now it's like, wow, you know, we saw it. We experienced it. You know, we've seen a lot of it. Could he take another step? I fully expect him to take another step and be a lot better than he was last year. And he was unbelievable. The best freshman eligible quarterbacks in the history of NCAA football. So I'm not sure where he goes. He'll just be you know, smarter, more decisive with the ball, bigger, stronger, more mature. So I mean, hey, sky's the limit for Julian Zan. And it starts in spring football. Yeah, good segue. I was going to talk about not just Julian Zan, but the quarterbacks in general. And because I think that's important as well. But great points about saying. And let me get to that

But anyway, the point is Julian Zan, we've been getting the intel. The nuggets, the updates about what Arthur Smith is working on with him and implementing. You know,

34:36Deb has some great info about the impact of Arthur Smith just talking to Julian and going over some things with him and how impactful that was. But, you know, the next step of being able to do some pre snap, you know, adjustments, you know, knowing where the pressure is coming from, and, you know, sliding protection over and just taking another step with that installing that to where, you know, Julian just has it down. That's the next step for Julian. All that stuff matters a ton. Not only that, the experience of going back and watching the Indiana and Miami films and stewling over that in the off season and working at it. You know, I'm saying like, you talk about the 10 weeks that probably people don't realize when you throw away players, and then not even just talking about Julian Zan, just any player. You know how Nevada, somebody didn't have a good last game or their last game, which is okay. And then they just get

35:36thrown away like they're just not good. These players get better. They work hard every day. They got great coaches. They're still young. They're still learning. If they're a real competitor, they're going to make adjustments. Julian Zan as low key and Cali boy as he is is a real competitor and a master of his craft. He was excellent as a first year starter. He's going to be really good and determined to take another step up. And then like we say, he has Ryan Day and freaking Arthur Smith there to help him. So don't bet against the kid. But I also wanted to just point out the QB room in general as what I want to see in the spring because the fact of the matter is I want to make sure we got you right Nevada. You there? I am here. All right, perfect. So to kind of end out my QB thoughts is that the fact of the matter is and the reality is knock on wood. I don't know if you can hear that. Knock on wood. But injuries are a part of the game. God for

36:42bid. Anything happens to Julian saying, but let's just say it's even just for the half of a game. And they say, you know what? Let's keep him out because we don't know how serious it is. And clear has to play the second half. How is he going to do? Right Nevada? I mean, this is he's the he's the next guy up now like for sure. He's number two. He was highly recruited. He became a five star. He's from Ohio. I've seen him in person. He looks great. He he checks all the boxes as far as the look. He had he has a nice arm. He stands tall in the pocket. He can run. I'm not saying he's Braxton, but he's no statue. He can run. He looks the part. Okay. And so this is year. What is this year three for him? And so how would he do in that situation? Because it's a realistic situation. Now, who get in during garbage time? And we want to evaluate that as well. But to me, outside of Julian saying going to another level and trying to really work on top of what he's

37:47already done, which has been amazing. Tavia St. Clair and this quarterback room to me is a serious question of what can they do? What do we have behind Julian if things happen Nevada? Well, I would submit that this spring is probably this is when he's auditioning for next year. You know what I'm saying? Because I'm not sure how much meaningful playing time he's going to get in during the season. You know what I mean? I'm not saying it won't be a lot, but you know, considering the the tenacity or or schedule or schedule stuff, you know what I'm saying? How much time can you really get? So I think they'll have more time to evaluate him during this spring. I think this spring for Tavia St. Clair will determine whether or not he's the quarterback for us next year when if and when Julian goes on to the NFL. Because if they believe

38:49that if they look at him and say, wow, we got him. He's the truth. He's the real deal. We don't need to go to the portal route, which again, would be going against the grain of every other major college team right now. Everybody else is now just kind of going forget high school recruiting for quarterbacks. Just go get a veteran quarterback from somewhere and kind of do it. So I think this spring for Tavia St. Clair is absolutely vital. Critical importance for him. He's got a chance to make a great first impression on Arthur Smith, who's seen him really for the first time and he's going to chance to make his case for not just for playing for this year, but for next year and whether or not Ohio State should go the portal route or not. So I have critical, critical time for TSC. I agree. I agree in this new portal in Iowa world. It's critical that you make your mark. And I'm rooting for him, Nevada. This is the first Ohio quarterback with this much talent we've had in a long time. Since what? Am I missing somebody before after Burrow? I don't

39:51how quarterback? Can you think? No, I'm, no, I mean, nobody of note. I mean, yeah, now this is, I mean, yeah, it's the first, I mean, you go, you know, for Ohio quarterbacks, you know, you're going, you're going back away to find a, you know, I mean, Bobby Hoyne and he names him. I even had a lot of a lot of Ohio quarterbacks that actually played here. So now it's to have a guy that's really in line to be the number one quarterback. Yeah, yeah, it's definitely, it's been a bit. Yeah. So I mean, from that standpoint, that's huge. It's kind of, I don't want to say that's pressure on him. But to me, this is like, dude, you got to, you got to step up and snatch this. You're the first five star. Well, just eat any good decent Ohio quarterback we've had in a long time. Let alone a five star. Like it, yeah, bro, I'm rooting for him to step up and snatch it and say, portal, please y'all tripping out. This is me. And so we'll see what happens. But really quick,

40:54you, you mentioned the schedule. And I'm looking at it. The only games in Nevada, I think he'll realistically play in week one ball state. He won't be playing at Texas most likely. Kent State, he'll play in that one. And then of course, you got big 10 season Illinois at home at Iowa versus Maryland at Indiana. Unless, I don't know, God forbid something happens. He's not playing in those games. So what he'll have maybe, maybe Maryland, maybe Maryland, maybe Northwestern games like that. I mean, but it's very limited in Nevada. But even when it gets in there, you think that the history of backup Corvettes or Ohio State, typically we run, we run the the starters in there as long as we can to get the game out of reach. And then if you have TV and say, Claire, come in and start and keep throwing them near a big meany, you know what I'm saying? So what does he do? He comes in and hands up to hands off the running back up the middle,

42:00you know, is that really playing? I don't think it is. No, but I'll push back and say this. Ryan Day sees the schedule just like we do. And Tavion doesn't have much time if any. And you know Ryan Day, he always says in interviews, like we need to see what they can do. So it's like, you got to figure something out against ball state. You got to let him throw the ball like school ball. But he also wants to get Julian saying the he's been to. Yeah, he's going to have to figure that out, man, because you got to get your backup QB some reps, man. Let him drive down field and throw the ball in a two minute drill or something, right? I mean, you can't. Something happens. He has no experience. So that's going to be another topic that I'm sure we'll circle back to Nevada. How do you handle that dynamic? Because there's not much room for for him to play. I'm looking at this schedule goodness. I knew how we knew it was tough. But within this context,

43:00boy, oh boy, he doesn't have my and don't don't get us to to messing around and and and playing dumb and only being up 22 23 to to nothing in the first half. Julian will be trapped back out here in the third quarter. No, I mean, I mean, you know how it's been with with with Ryan and because again, you do want to get your your stars. They're postseason recognition. And unfortunately, unfortunately, those things are all driven by statistics and numbers, you know, I mean, and if you're not, if you don't keep them in long enough, so it all goes back to, hey, you know, when you can play Tavy and St. Carter and play him a lot during the spring, that this is when he gets live reps against your defense and you get to see him, you know, play full games every day. So this big spring for him, he's, this is when he's got to get it done. I agree. And thank you, Rota for responding to my inquiry. He says quaver saw as a freak athlete who was versatile was hurt last season. So Nevada, you know, he was hurt. So that that gives us

44:03some insight from a Bama fan standpoint. So maybe the limited or inconsistency that we saw in film is, you know, partially, partially to do with his injury. So that's good to know. Nevada, did you, were you aware of that? I was not aware of that. And that's, you know, that's why you never know with, you know, who's, even if somebody's only playing at 90%, you know, I'm saying, if they're going to nagging injury or something that you're not aware of, they can make them look from going from a fast guy to a slow guy, you know, I'm saying so. Yeah, I look, I, that's the great thing about the spring is all these guys are new to me. So, you know, everything we've heard, everything we've seen on tape, now we're going to get a chance to see him, you know, how's the uniforms playing against other bike eyes? And that's what makes, you know, spring football so particularly exciting. Yeah, look at this comment from Ben Martin, quaver saw was called the biggest freak on Bama's team by their DC. He runs 23 miles per hour, benches well over 400. That sounds pretty, pretty good. I mean, so I, I hope so. I mean,
