The Australian driver crashed out on his reconnaissance lab at Albert Park while heading to the grid. He clicked a curb exiting a corner, spun into the wall, and wrecks his front wing along with his right front wheel. Piazdri's top Friday practice sessions but lined up in fifth place for Sunday's race. This incident sideline his McLaren completely, ending his day early. The crowd fell eerily silent after the shunt. Cricket Captain Pat Cummins, watching from the grid, called it devastating and pointed out how quiet everyone got. McLaren team boss Zach Brown said early data shows nothing unusual and Piazdri didn't report issues on the radio. They plan a full review after the race.
