Os contos do autor português Eça de Queirós são uma das relíquias da literatura portuguesa.

Dos contos que li, o meu preferido chama-se “A Aia”, que narra a história de uma escrava e do sacrifício que fez.

É um conto pequeno, fácil de ler e lindíssimo! Espero que fiquem com vontade de o ler.

The short stories by the Portuguese author Eça de Queirós are one of the relics of Portuguese literature.

Of all the stories I've read, my favourite is called “A Aia”, which tells the story of a slave and the sacrifice she made.
