Orderly Direction Show Notes

I get a lot of my inspiration from the rooms of AA and Alanon and one of the things I used to hear Hugh say all the time with people who would have a hard concept of God (especially people who are coming into the rooms and their perception of God has not been so good. Their perceptions of their earthly fathers might have been really bad and they just don't have a good concept of it). He would say if God is too lofty for you... just think of God as good orderly direction. That I know to be true. God will not lead you to a place you do not need to go. Even if it looks like a scary place, and you don't enjoy it too much, God will hold your hand. He's not gonna leave you there. I promise you that it's been true in my life for 63 years, and I don't think he's gonna stop now.
