Welcome to the Ishivishamala, this is David Lakhtonstein. This week we're going to be speaking about the Halakhays of war, in particular the war against Iran. So here are some of the shouts we'll discuss, you're in a bunker, there's no magilla because you don't magilla on Zoom. This is a fascinating Shaila, what's your driver tank or you pilot a jet and you called up on Shabis and you have to go, it's because you're defending the country against a nuclear attack, whatever they do in the army or the Air Force. So now you're flying on Shabis or you're driving a tank on Shabis, well could you turn on the radio, could you smoke a cigarette or is what's the Shaila? Do we say that Shabis is Dachhoy, because Shabis is Dachhoy is the Shabis, well I don't
have to smoke a cigarette or turn on the radio, I'm only allowed to do exactly what it allows. Or do you say alternatively, once I'm ready in this matter of because Shabis is Khutra, that means it says if all we saw are more prohibitions or Shabis are off and now I can, I'm in a matter of because Shabis, I can do whatever I want and you could turn on the radio and you could smoke a cigarette and we'll see that this is a Machleikis, both in the Shailaakh and of the Paiskeh, and there's a repchaim, it has a conversation about this and the Briskarov, etc., Khutra-Ottkhuya in a war on Shabis, what's the halacha? We're going to see the opinion of repchaim and the Briskarov on this. How do we view enemy civilians, especially in this case, do we say their enemies or they say they're prisoners of the regime, they're marching against the regime, and I've keenly noticed you have to be careful about them when bombing, should you be prevented from bombing a particular site, if you know it'll kill civilians. What is Surim can be done for mental health, can you tell people, you can carry your phone
on you, we'll discuss a phone, a Klee Shamblata in Lister, or is it a Muqtamaq, sorry, in Kis. So, if you sleep in a tank, is it Muqtamaq, you've been a Zuzer, or like a caravan, like a motorhome, could you light Khanika candles, if they're not, if you sleep in it, we can set it base, say, the Bajanero said you could light candles on a train, because you own the seat, and we'll be in a tank. This and many more Shailas, we're going to have two Rabanim who actually deal with these Shailas constantly on a day by day. Whereas his troll will have Rabinyarman, Zimmerman, Roshkoil of the Smecha, he's also the Rav at Somet technology, whether you can use an elevator, how you make the switches, all these things, that's Somet, he's Rav at Somet, and he's also a captain in the reserves, and he is in the unit that passed him the Shailas for the army, so he's very qualified for these questions. We're going to have Rebal Yada Goldberg, he's the Rav, the Mashbiyah, the Rashiva of Smecha
Schaver on the 300 locations, and he's also Rav in Ranaana, and he's also in the reserves, I don't know his title, but I think he's in the Havir Kadisha. So we have the right Rabanim in the right time for fascinating Shailas. I won a real letter that I got yesterday that moved me to tears, and from Khayya Immanuel. The letter is like this, hi, it was a came to our site. I've been listening to your podcast for the last five years, since my husband introduced me to it, when we were engaged. My husband recently was Nephtha from Cancer on Yudh al-Ftavis, just two weeks before his 31st birthday. We've been listening to the podcast together throughout our marriage, and in the last year, we listened to it together on the way to his cancer treatments. We always enjoyed the hot topics, and we talk about the controversial ones with each other.
I would so appreciate if you dedicated a lacha podcast of Tyra learning to his memory Do you bear Ben Manachem Ephraim? So this podcast is dedicated to this current of Do you bear Ben Manachem Ephraim? I don't know much about him, but I saw when he spoke about him, they said that he didn't miss a minion, so when he went to his treatments in the morning, he would get up at 5.30 am to be able to dab with a minion before he went to his treatments, sounds like he would drill your nephew, Shikara, right, then this podcast is dedicated in memory of the bear Ben Manachem Ephraim, Zegatalik, Zobrahim. And to his akhash of al-Mana, we all wish you a Birkhas available, but you only see Nakhis and Joy going forward from here.
Before we go to our program, I want to say a thought, so amazing, I think it's a powerful thought. The Eden were a Vadim in Mchstrayim, the 210 years, so complete that Mars says they almost went past the Mentech chari tomah, they believed there were slaves, but then something amazing happens. The Torah says, This is your month. The Yukhul Khem ish celibate, so what does it tell the slaves? They still in slavery, take a se, shakt it, the serve of the Mitrim, but the dam on the masjid. And eat the bazaar, like so you call me Manal, I say seeru, masnechem chagurim, paranya belts, you're free people. Take Yiknaleh Khem, bragwehem, put your shoes on, you're about to march, maklehem byehem. Something amazing, this isn't from a TED talk or from a self-help book, it's three and
a half thousand years old, and what does it say? Before you become free, act like you're free, and that's what will make you free. All these unhugues of freedom, while they were still of Adam, and I'm going to show you that this is true, in many different ways. We've said in two weeks ago, parasha atsai shitam, and the mishkum was made out of atsai shitam. And Rashi says, where did they have shitam from? Rashi says that Yakovirvino brought down from Arachisral, shitam, he said they should plant them in Mitram and take them with him. So I have a Shaila. Why did they, Yakovirvino have to schlep, these shitam from Arachisral? How they left, they should have gone to the home depot in Mitram, whatever the Egyptian version is of a home depot, and they should have bought shitam and taken it with him to build the mishkum in the midbar, a genuine tasha. So I heard all of them from the Ramash, he said, powerful thought, he said there are slaves
for 210 years, and they're about to give up, and they're going home after being beaten up one day another day, and they passed by atsai shitam. And maybe the wind was even rustling through the leaves, and what is the, what is the shitam telling them? Yakovirvino, Yasey the Yakov said, you're going to take us with us when you leave. You will leave and take us with you, and suddenly the Shibud was not all that difficult. I want to share with you a thought I heard from my Mahuknrab of Golzakh that happened to him. He said that he was giving a speech about Gematrius, and he spoke about the Gematrius 26. And he said there was a woman there, but older woman in the back, she said rabbi, look at my arm, she pulled out her sleeve, she showed her tattoo, 174963, it equals 26.
She said rabbi, when I counted the numbers, I knew I would be leaving here, I would get out alive. Of course, when we plant those aksai shitam in our lives, suddenly all the doors start opening. When we have Maqelchaan biyedchaan, when there's something that what's missing is our geist, is our spirit, that's what the tyritaltus. Take your slippers, put on your shoes, put on your belts, you can do it. So maybe you're waiting to feel confident before you go after what you want, maybe you're waiting for the relationship to improve before you become a better spouse or child, a parent. Maybe you're waiting to feel like a leader, and you know what the tyritaltus says, that's not how it works. Put on your sandals, go buy the lamb, make the plans first, and you want to lose that weight, buy the suit or the outfit, hang it in your closet, you know what's the trick
that I do sometimes, I'm sure there's a big mountain, I'm trying to climb, I'll go out and I'll buy one of those plexi ques, things, you know, it says congratulations, I write the congratulations of what's going to be bahabah, and I put it on my desk and I said, ah, it says that this is going to happen, it's got to happen now. So this is the month of Nisan, Nisan, it's called Nisan, and it's the month of miracles, right? And the nest that the tyritus pointing to isn't the splitting of the sea, it's taught with slaves putting on his sandals, and if you do that, the sea, whenever it's blocking your path, it'll be very well split, after you decide that you can do it. Before we go to our program, I would like to make an advertisement, we usually don't take advertisements, but here I'm going to get a bit of a, but for all of my life, or a good part of my life, the sphere is coming, and I would say, hey, I'm Gvuru Shabahase
and I eat Shabahase, the Ferris Shabia side, and I never knew what I was talking about. What is the Ferris Shabia side? What is the Ferris Shabia side? So my two or three years ago, I decided to stop working on it, and I wrote a say for it's called 49 Gates, it's a Mente Sharam in Hebrew, in English, and it explains each one of the Mente spheres in a way that is easily understandable, right? It's a way that, that you can understand it, no matter who you are, it's been, to this time when you say it, you actually understand it, and that's important, because the Mente Sharam were really supposed to be foot, foot steps, stepping stones to take us from its triumph, all the way to Kabbalah Sattaira, and that's really a metaphor in our lives for whatever made sari we may be in, but we want to, the Ayala Lahar Senai, these are the Mente Sharam that we have to go through, and each one is explained, and I'll give you an example with a story, and most of the stories are from Ayala, because they are
the ones who actually you, they live these spheres, but for each one of us, I just opened one, it's Tafferis, Shabit, Tafferis, I never knew what I was saying, but what is Tafferis? Tafferis is a blend, it's beautiful, it's like, you know, when you shoot a basket, you miss to the right, you miss to the left, then you get it boom in the middle, that said is kindness, but it's kindness, long ago I'm volatile of them, the Guru is in a scary Tafferis, where how do you balance it? So Tafferis is Shabit, Tafferis is, when you do resets, and you do it with such thoughtfulness, that's Tafferis is when you do it very balanced, but you just can't imagine doing it any better, that's Tafferis is there some kindness that you could do in really an incredibly thoughtful way, so I'll give you an example, here's the story that I wrote, late were night, a taxi driver picked up at an address, where he was called to, so the Balhamonit waited, nobody was outside, so he turned off the engine,
he walked to the door and he knocked, and then the elderly woven open the door, she was neatly dressed, she was wearing a small hat with a veil, the apartment behind her was mostly empty, she asked the driver to help her with her small suitcase, he helped her inside, she then said, could you drive a little bit through the city first? He said it's not the shortest route, it's alright she said, I'm not in a hurry, I'm going to hospice, the doctor gave me three days, she explained that her husband had previously seized her, she had no family left, and she wanted to see the city, one last time, the driver turned off the meter, for hours he drove through the city, she pointed to the house she had grown up in, to the base sack of she had attended, the building she had once worked, the weird she had met her husband, at one point she showed the driver a corner where there
was the grand ballroom, that's where we got married, sometimes she spoke, sometimes she just looked out the window, the driver didn't rush her, as the one approached they arrived at the hospice, two attendants came with the wheelchair, how much do I owe you, she asked nothing, but you must earn a living, there are other passengers, he said, you gave an old woman a moment of joy, as he drove away in the sunrobes, he didn't take another fear that day, he would say no right in his life had ever felt so meaningful, this is to ferrische but to ferris, when a kindness is not just done well, but it's just done so beautifully, it couldn't be done any better, everyone has a call to action afterward, find one person today and listen to him the best you can, better than you ever would,
not to answer, not to correct, not to judge, just to understand, and ask yourself what is the beautiful truth here, what is the deeper need behind the words, and respond from that place, not from reflex, not from ego, but from to ferris, from beauty, there are stories like this for every single one of them, test me this, and I think that it makes them understandable, okay, I'm gonna gay above her, I'm the author, but it will be available at your local farm store, let's go to our riddles of the week, I'm gonna ask three riddles, there were so many riddles this week, it was fantastic, call the devil, leave a view of the nether of the tabasque humas, to the twicefta, and the rhomba, I'm at the end of parakaal of the base of Chira, says that a caley, a cleat that was nasa lehedit, you can't use it for gavaya, the gem has to come out of the ground, the cloth has to be newly knit, all right, abandon your courage, she achts full the hedgette, you can't use
it into the harabaius, let's go to the rhomba, so here's the question, we just read in the pastic, everybody should bring all their jewelry, hey, hey, view the trumas amishken, how could they bring all their tachsheet in, when they were ready to stamp Shubai a hedgette, all the devalda gashail, let's question one, here's question Shaila too, the rhomba and paskins, again parakaal of a la Chira, base base of Chira, the asu, call chacham, leave, the rhomba says ha, call chai, you have a livenice, right, a nashim, a nashim, kameegdash amidbar, that everybody bring, call chacham, leave, says, may you avoid you, a nashim, ala nashim, they all brought the build base amigdash, the question is, the gemarins who are fantastic, test valve says, they're what, a born base amigdash balayla alabayaim, the only time you could build a bayis, with bayoyim, the chira should be commit cessation, as mangrama, if it's commit cessation, as mangrama, why were nashim, a chive, that's how a second shaila, another fantastic shaila, and here's the third shaila, it says hachidash azalach amrashi chadashim,
this is for parashs hachidash, first tour on the muthan, you have yakal pikud, this is on parashs hachidash, so the gemarins says on shnei chadashim, a chale nashashab, it's a machal shabis for khidash, right, the question is what is this, all edis, these edis shata yakal azima, that could be edim zayimim, but the problem is if the edim come, and they say on shabis, you know, I saw the lavana, and two other edim came and they say, what do you mean, imanuhayisim, comes out at when they were machal shabis, at that point, they were avaryanim, khil shabis is depending on which one but it's skill or whatever it may be, but they were shayim for sure, so the edislamafreya is bottled because they were shayim, if the edis is bottled, then they can't become zayimimim because you can't be maizim, somebody who doesn't have edis, so how was it ever possible, that what, that edis step up comes on shabis that you should be makaabal, it's always edis shayat theakal azima, again, what's the khidjim, I come and I say, I saw the moon like this, somebody says, what do you mean, imanuhayisim,
if imanuhayisim, when I went to besden, I was machal leh, if I was machal leh, I'm not an edis anymore, if I'm not an edis anymore, till khaira, you don't have zayimimimimim, and the gamargos are length, how edis travel from great distances to be makaabal shabis, right? So all those edis who came from great distances to be makaal shabis, how was it, the edis theskite and the skabal, they can't be edis and those are riddles of the week. Now whoever gets any of the riddles correct, we have three riddles, you have a lot to try this week, we'll bring edis, we'll send them a free copy of 49 gates, they'll be the first to get the safer. If you want to leave a message by phone or dial in by phone to listen, in america our number is 7328068700, in england it's 444, i think that's the country code, 3301170250, an erichisrol, it's 0237230404, let's go to a wonderful guide.
Joining us from erichisrol is our the niaman zimmen, he's a thalmat of an elfin of the mere of gush, he runs a smitha program that teaches smitha for many of the english-speaking countries around the world including erichisrol, welcome our niaman, welcome, thank you, so i understand that you were in the army as you were called up and you worked in the halakhab branch of the army, husking in shilas for soldiers and such, can you tell us short of the stories how you ended up there? I'm part of the the idea rather than has a bunch of different branches, one of the branches is the anahalahat, alaqqab branch, and i am an officer of capcan in the alaqab branch which means that under normal regular non-war circumstances were involved in or called the infamilian
furs of beauty, where certain alaqqab issues throughout the year could be checking aeroven cleaning bases before paysah, and regular alaqqab shilas, but during war time, especially during this war, where the questions were very extreme and the war was such a surprise from the beginning, so we were called in and through a wrap the war, we dealt with a number of different things and and that's why the length of the bylinder reserve service, but you share with us a few or two, three of the interesting or you know common childless that you get as a rose, so one of one of the things that the idea for abinit has is something called the kevapatua, abapatua is alaqqab branch, where alaqqab branch essentially operates throughout the week and it's even not during more time and it accepts shilas from anyone unless person is asking to be a regular soldier, could be an officer, it could be even someone is not really just who wants to find out what appropriate for religious soldiers and the like, or and there are also other ways that certain
classified issues could also be asked for the idea for abinit, so on that kevapatua, one of my responses throughout the war was one of the officers who was manning the kevapatua, so there were many shilas throughout the war, many as in tens of thousands, but I'll share just a story that I think underscores the unique circumstances of the war and even the unique circumstances, the uniqueness of soldiers who are at Tuntalah in general throughout the war, many of the shilas would be connected to the advancement of the war, so three days into the war we received shilas from soldiers who were taking back the kevapatua, that were originally attacked in the first attack of Hamas and Atkobachev, because a few days to be able to take them back and we started getting shilas on the halakik outlined the same time that I got a shilam on personal phone from someone who I know who who right when I saw his name I realized he was probably asking halakik shilam related to the army because of his position in the army and the shilam they essentially asked was
that now that they were taking back these kibbutchen and they had fought for essentially three days without eating without without any any sleep and the question that they posed is they're now coming to houses from them wanted to houses that are now the front line and therefore the soldiers have to stay there in order to protect them, but the question becomes those who went to houses where people were said take anything you want anything you have is yours and the families were evacuated but some people came into houses where there was no one and the question became would they be able to take anything even perishables not talking about taking souvenirs talking about taking order to drink order from the tap taking a fruit and as I got the call from a soldier who I know is a originally American grew up in America and also sent a special unit but he was called in some somewhere he lived in one now with his unit but straight into the fighting he said that he asked me with these words I haven't eaten in three days but I'm only going to touch food if he
told me that it's not good to touch the Jewish family Jewish family and wanted to make sure they weren't feeling even at the point that they not only hadn't eaten but because because they were really just working on adrenaline for three days their bodies were in shut down mode he could hardly even utter the words with his lips but at the same time I mean you have this island of you shall I be down five a year shall I have a yes that's the first island I use that's how you was found out that you got well it's at this point it's certainly a dog for all of the men we call out the nobody was able to come into these houses anymore they were locked off they're a war zone I would I would consider it almost as they show you know at that point it wasn't clear what what it was would you say that they could take a watch there or anything else I mean if you want to quote super so yeah logically you could you wouldn't be mahalek between any of it I think there are other factors there but but I think at the same time I think the Shiloh is two-fold number one the the Shiloh you're being asked for which is something that happens a lot with the Shilohs
or Shilohs that are in the moment the person there you know you say they have a little bit of time really their their body isn't shut that mode but they're also they're asking a luscious Shiloh at this point not assuming that I put my life on the line many of them unfortunate lost friends in in the fighting or were injured but still couldn't think of taking anything without knowing that it was material piano well so I mean you have a question was the biolumia ish from these eyes or not and and and would they agree this I mean would they agree it's it's in the shaft the cloud how can you when you go and see a father's home how could you eat you didn't tell you could eat and if you hold you I'll show I mean that's long have a year how you allow to eat and the shaft is much different yeah I think I even a little more complicated here because because it's a little unclear who who the owners are some of these houses unfortunately they can know the possibly that the owners or we're not alive or possibly not in a state to be able to to give your shoes to be me ish I think to a certain degree I mean the Shiloh is Bumkoma
omate it's it's a difficult Shiloh al-Pi Allah but I think I think the I think it illuminates also just a part of the uniqueness of of the questions that are being asked both in terms of of the soldiers both in terms of having to decide a relatively new and unique Shiloh even it can be compared to other things but but very quickly and many of the questions that are asking me army are are literally under fire so the some curious about that there's another issue we start to is that the halokas of Mokhoma appear to be different but for example during Mokhoma you're a laddie prayful so right so that there's an element that the war the laws of of regular life swole apart during war and what becomes it becomes you know a chapter in the Hulqas Mokhama and in Hulqas Mokhama we see men I mean most halokas of Akhil al-Amashallah battles for example like in kosha killing killing of you know secondary people becomes would become allow I mean
I mean it's it's in the laws of war very much about we regularly do becomes become suspended right that's like what the well I would say it a little different I would say it a little differently first of all I think within dealing with army Allah there's definitely truth to the fact that army Allah's up is often very different but it's also I think it's important to recognize that a lot of it is not so different and even when dealing with things that are different because the army deals with war time which is a unique circumstance and it deals with a regular civilian time which even has has its own unique circumstances that that understanding what is appropriately each time and also thinking about the wrong idea that might be gotten if the impression is everything related to war is completely what they're even what you mentioned for instance about eating on kosha food so the gammaran gammaran koolan learns from like in lane pull pills that the the fact they then come there to showing gonna have these houses filled with everything that you're allowed to eat I see look how the the khaziri so there's a there's my focus we're showing there
between the rambum and rambum what exactly that is rambum understands that it's seemingly applies in in more war circumstances but he mentions a certain level of hungry that that a person is questioned my farshan asks especially their advice are what level of hunger do you need because obviously this is not classic because I'm actually if the person is going to die without eating food of course he cannot eat kosha it has to be something unique on the other hand the rambum disagrees with the rambum and the rambum says that's only specifically on kibbutari to sell family kibbutari from design I'm a new and therefore even what's in those how local there's each one is a sogia and we don't have a sohan or we have a rambum but we don't have a sohan or family's being because sometimes children are as written there was no there was no army and therefore some of it it's it's unclear exactly how we possibly have a big muffled scene around the rambum and the rambum I could say within the army there were a lot of khaziri chalice obviously and khaziri chalice on on situations where it's hard to capture but especially
it's not a khaziri chalice because people people in Israel opened up their their hearts open up their houses and started cooking for soldiers especially at the beginning of the war when 350,000 soldiers are boiling to reserve and people bring them food question is a namonus who who has namonus to say at the food is kosher we also within the army we dealt with a large amount of people who a large amount of restaurants who wanted us to capture their restaurants because they could they can make food for a lot of people large restaurants and we'd bring in only only kosher food we did not come up with the approach that my color says who are what they're are what they're in a war we we came at the approach let's try to have everyone eating ramahadram and ramahadram even even in wartime but let's think logistically how to do it best you know the the marasias the marasias that says the missile hikers rambum and rambum he says that hilks is that the animal karma you could eat nine kosher I don't know where he gets from and that's what he names on let me let me ask you a question you're a soldier called you
up a pilot he says um I'm tracking a terrorist with a I want to shoot him with a missile he just jumped and he went into a house and he's a tier one very dangerous terrorist will you allow him to blow up the house on that well in all honesty that's not the type of question that we would get partially declares in these questions the sides all the halacha circumstances is a tremendous amount of mitzius that person asking know to be able to answer those questions both questions also can't be asked on a regular civilian line they have to be asked you know in special in special forms and you usually could be a decision beforehand but as a general rule one of the difficulties I'll say within army Allah's because you're dealing with because of the soldiers themselves you don't have to call on us as the entire community which I think you are correct is is unique not only to wartime or other things you need to wartime but you're also dealing with
with the practicalities of there's a tremendous amount of intelligence that goes into different missions and when you're able to green the intelligence so sometimes you recognize it's something that looks at first glance to be prohibited whatever the situation might be is actually permitted or vice versa and therefore there are forms many many shadows you're dealing with something where where in order to be able to give a real answer there's a lot that we have to know besides yes the halacha. But every time a pilot is asked to bomb some type of a position it's very likely that there will be a taxi driver who drove the fellow up there there's a house nearby I mean and and you know right now when I ran there were hundreds of missions today that are dropping you know thousands of tons of munitions many of these situations where they're killing somebody it will be collateral damage right I think collateral damage does not an uncommon child a child that happens at this point a hundred times a day there must be some responses well I'm not saying on responses those responses are not things that we could speak about
publicly but I'd say with within the initial point so when we deal with you mentioned that our luck is on the summer are are very different so that's that's definitely true and definitely when we deal with the Cochnephish usually we're dealing with the Cochnephish of an individual Cochnephish of an individual Cochnephish of an individual I think it's a we deal with in many circumstances it is that the community has to deal with in general as well we usually refer to as the Cochnephish secretly the Cochnephish is dealing with a large amount of people which I think you're correct even even not in wartime has very different halakhos and then when we deal with halakhos regarding wartime there's possibly a third level of what might be called the agridica based on the product and process of them that has when you lay siege to your enemies you continue agridica where the gamara uses that thing as a basis where if you start a siege even though we generally wouldn't start a siege three days before shabbat so you start a siege here you continue
even on shabbat okay now you're showing me omara agridica to a little bit shabbat and now the halakh of agridica often comes up at a whole different level regarding wartime which is actually dispensations way beyond not only the regular p Cochnephish but even beyond p Cochnephish speaking the question is to what degree so I would like to take a stand at that you know you know the the hammock dover and karshis maya for because i'm on the public meyad ishachis which is the the isher by a by a benayah to kill he says when is there a dinner of of of of it'shita when it's the shashiroi mimic the asha but he says in pishasmokhama it gets greatly broadened right and uh I would say that it the i mean these are in the kingdom of uh of i was i missus benayayah it gets broadened to what's accepted by the by the benayah yes and as we have something today it's called the the juneva convention and that is sort of the hochis mochama by the benayah and then it siftles
of it and that is the rules of law that's for the most part are enacted during war so if the united states or any other juneva convention member would say look it's a dangerous facility in the bombing we will do it even though there may be civilian deaths that becomes our aloha as well so it's not like a wild sweep for all but we actually do have the hochis mochama as ashtelda that's by design this has been addressed and we would have to adhere to what what do you think of this well i would say more speaking as somebody who who served any idea for that and uh aloha department dealing with shaylos the shashiroi would deal with would be more regarding what would be permitted on shabis and those concerned and alike less less what would be permitted in terms of the war itself part of the cause like i said the war itself requires a great amount of knowledge and most of that is done way before the mission is ever is ever is ever accepted as a mission and therefore the question that would be posed to us in the rebu no it would be would be much more
questioned of can we do this on shabis can can we have let me ask you a shabis silo you're driving a tank right here you're an enemy territory on shabis but clearly you know you're you're being fine with right now that shabis is he the hutra tuya whatever in the case baby and you want it the tank guy is driving and he's firing he wants to know could he could he could he could he smoke a cigarette but he turned on the radio while he's driving a tank so we have to do the minimum amount of melacha what do we say it's hutra and you know during war it's hutra and you can do whatever you need to do it's a very good shaila i'll say i'll say within the general council those hutra and hutra i'm not sure it's so relevant here we can hutra is something that they're usually used in very limited cases the afron and explain many afron and explain a large amount of of muslim code muslims in regarding regarding issues of because of national issue that is hutra the hutra none of them are necessarily clear that that the impact of luck is at the
end of the day if there is a big luck message issue it should be more there isn't a big luck message issue it it should be us sir but within the circumstances here the question becomes if a person says that i need to smoke a cigarette in order to be able to do my job properly i need to be able to do it calmly etc so that question is asked not only in the order that question is asked even by even by doctors a doctor was fast this emergency surgery i can only do if i calm myself down and and use a cigarette so there's a i think a very nice kula of resolution on the issue where where he quotes a there's normal cougar but he basically points out that that within this issue in general when when there's a clear act that a person needs to do in order to be able to do another another act so then you could definitely include and be close message the problem with something regarding a cigarette or the light is that it's very unclear if he's saying a person needs to calm himself down in order to be able to do something and possibly use him the cigarette could could help them the question is the way he poses it is is every every time he he smokes he
he smokes is that absolutely necessary or not and therefore at the end of the day within as circumstances like this it's very difficult to be able to say that this is necessary meaning a person needs to smoke a whole cigarette or a half a cigarette or a third of a cigarette whatever might be under those circumstances in order to calm down and therefore as a general as a general issue this is something that is one of the many cases within the rabbit that every circumstance would be different but i would say it's a general rule and this i think actually a lot of your wife has a has a nice description of this regarding a decision issue of of what equals most serious equals message things that are necessary in order to be able to perform the close message and areas of discussion regarding making a coffee on chaps may somebody if there's obviously you can't say that a person can make a coffee during wartime on the other hand if a person is not awake and you need to wake himself up so there will be circumstances where you would be able to boil water obviously you boil as much water as you can before chaps but during wartime especially in that a street and liquor especially in places up north where it could
even be snowing certainly pouring rain during the winter though as many as many hot water may funding you have is not going to suffice would you be able to do more so on different circumstances that would be considered much easier to be close message but that's more a circumstance where there will be circumstances that would be permitted but you need to know more information to know whether whether the person has any questions dealing with a circumstance I mean you have this halokha on chabits and shinshafes the gabe is a hyal isolate culture ginalotic pulse far say to the chalcinara seems to be matter and the mixture of this agrees which to where that agrees correct but the driz interestingly in hope of street is also the grizzle around by bring that his father was makil anything the phylum needs we do so even though this is not directly because that fish is sort of masure or you know when he wants the light on I mean that's not because that fish but since you know it's by a phylum he goes
with the mojabit and it's totally putra and anything that's what's also you're allowed to do and I was just curious the army was making like like like the mojabit here or they were almost like the mission of the right so I'll tell you this might be one of the issues that during wartime is different one of the major questions during wartime is this halokha for adridica what does it include the uralat to continue war basically until you win and the questions what it includes and one of those questions is regarding is there this unique halokha called adridica or possibly it's even the number four of p-cloth message c-buri the p-cloth message when you're dealing with a public issue so over a moment i've been done in uh... was one of the postman army later later roshis he was posted for many years he he understands that this issue of the magi mission which is a source of the uh of the shahunar al that hold the osmo cobsarco is is something that might be one of those unique halokha of adridica that even those who under normal circumstances wouldn't allow for doing anything beyond what is directly appropriate
for p-cloth message one of these additional al-athas of adridica is the physically that you'd be able to do you be able to do above and beyond what's absolutely necessary just to take down one step back the question of adridica i'd read it as mentioned in the gammara it's put three times in the round that's mentioned you show me in three different context but i know the rishana bring it by al-athas put in the rifla al-athas put in the urbana al-hanano but it wasn't discussed for a very long time by a lot of rishana there is a two less already for us and you let's point out that there's a hector yachitam yuchad there's a unique type of hector of adridica where he says oh some cold forfe amatoor a seal of shalom and gnash hukun you're allowed to do everything necessary in the in this siege even now which isn't directly part of shukun and the question is what exactly is the nature of that halokha the same thing is essentially said many years later by by the svas emus svas emus s on the gammara he says what do you mean what's the stain of adridica if it's be guacamethas you might have self-absorbing what that if it's not be guacamethas what would
it be mutton it says clearly adridica is this unique dispensation that allows you to do things above and beyond what is actually directly part of the worser and part of the discussion of of those i'd say after essentially after 1948 is what do we do so what what does that mean practically the reason what i'm asked beforehand is it is pointed out by the titelias and titelias erototuva right essentially right after the founding of the state of visual to try to deal with the halokha's a fighting war on chappus and he asks he asks what do you do in a circumstance where you're fighting war on chappus he says if you look in the children I don't ask you don't find this thing about riddica but he says you don't have to guess why there's no dine because the tour enragedment that actually quotes this halokha of you fight a siege you can continue to see japan on chappus but the base you'll save over there asks why the torrent mention this we're running how lots of them are made to save for this not all of them like so we don't have an army to protect us not during the week and not on chappus so why mention this and because of that base you'll see it gives us far out why you might mention it the back is a different to our
maybe for a jews and a non-jewish army but at the end of the day or joseph caro when right could show honor he doesn't quote it says the titelias in this cuvo to quote it in a safe i hope was medina and also i think it's a ecstatic test either baser gammel he says that what the base you'll save couldn't imagine in a while this dream that there would actually be an army that would be able to protect jews and jews interests he says with the bar sashans we finally have and therefore we have to deal with the shy those of how do you fight war on chappus that wasn't applicable when the time is still so far so it's written but now it's applicable and that's really one of the challenges that we have to figure out what's included in this head there you see the mule that uh that three of us talked about is also a similar advise on the holocah of that you mentioned earlier about eating on kosher food and is understanding the rambun what is included in this special war discrimination and how does it play itself out holocah myself they just to tell me excuse yourself they just attacked they ran on chappus and an argument could be made
that well it could have done it on sunday the ramb was not about so it was no imminent attack coming forward from my ran to where it just fell on chavus so what he said did they have to attack on chavus and would be which chavus be cuida when they they could have done it the next day yes a good question you know you don't you don't have the sakuna la funeta right now but why would chavus be hooked for such a case very good I'd say take take one step back even before a war how do you have a standing army operating on chappus seemingly good if you if you're going to chav you mentioned holocah on aino for the base of holocah on aino is a two of the note of you who the why don't we do why don't we do autopsies and any part any kind of person passes away maybe it's also big guac nefes the autopsie could pass and provide information could pass so you have somebody else so the note of you who the explains his cloud that lah lah lah is big guac nefes and you and stuff big guac nefes only go cut other esurine when there's holocah on a buzzing says a little bit differently it has to be muxly it has to be that you assume something
could apply from there if we would accept that as applicable not only to the army but even to police and the like we would be very limited on what we do in chavus in general especially during non-war time and I think the answer to this already comes from the storm is almanor bacha storm is almanor bacha pointed out that when we're dealing with the rabim we already have a much broader holocah of people of nefes to buri guac nefes when applied to a larger group a larger amount of individuals if you take a lot of them in almanor bahaad or they're explained by the rishonium that say agahel isha matachas even though it is an it's a dole risa to extinguish it according to according to their understanding uh according to shmua still would be more there to to extinguish it the maqom means like the rabim kineska the rabim could be koch nefes khushabahu even if it's not going to be a threat to life and it was a threat to uh to it could damage a large group of people that's considered the pekoch nefes and that's one of
the basis of the falah pekoch nefes and therefore rishonium almanor bahaad was asked whether by an intelligence officer who asked that usually when when you perform intelligence work so you decode all the information that comes there's information that is high level a high chance that this could be applicable to us and the there's information that the low chance is applicable to us who you want to the roach ishiva ishiva's chevron and ask him and ask him this question roach ishiva ishiva's chevron go at him to rishonium almanor bahaad and this intelligence officer said on chabis maybe we should just be we should just be decoding information that's highly highly likely to to be of interest to of interest to the army or shomuzonor roach build them absolutely not you said uh when you're performing times who work on chabis you have to do it regularly and explain he explained his understanding of this concept of pekoch nefesiburin he said if a person would go and take a take a pill that says one in 10,000 people with this pill is going to get injured so it's normal that a person will take that upon
himself he uh have this pill and uh take the chance but if a country would come and say well one in 10,000 chance there'll be a nuclear bomb against us and well so we just said one in 10,000 we don't take it seriously some of them are both said when you're dealing with the robbing then now the same percentage would already become would already become untenable for you not not to deal with the possibility of large scale attacks or anything connected to the army or for we're beginning i'm going to remember the dinner of of of parts for just the robbing means if something has a tiny chance of happening it's one in a million so i thought do you want to do the hall sharpest but there's a million people passed by there now it's not one in a million anymore now it's one in one right so the martial that's why mr. bursa that is there's a fire in a town and if if there's some place in the town an old person you could assume he's not going to get out and hold on so therefore because of that one and a thousand person being that within a town
there's going to be one old person you can now be the hall sharpest of a fire but i would just make the argument that from sunday to shabby's or sunday to monday we know all hundred percent sure if i'm not attacking on that shabby's and then i did it when i don't war with him so the suffical funnano the seabourle funnano only collapses the odds and says with the seabour now the odds are so much greater right now the other hundred percent somebody's going to die but when they're not attacking you the seabourle funnano the then that a seabour has a different din should and make it different so but so i'm not sure that's true i'd say two things number one i'm even talking about regular regular operations if you look at this war you can see that a lot of things were done on shabby's both in turns of the initial attack on october 7 some of us told it was shabby's on this when the attack was done and on the other end if you look at almost all the major milestones of the war all the archivist ever killed many of the operations of saving hospitals that were successful almost everything happened on shabby's why that is there's clearly it's
clearly something unique about about what happens on shabby's and for instance at the beginning of this war the the at least what i read that's not something i know from any from any information that other people here would would not know but but the operation has actually moved up for that simple reason that they saw that all the all the leading terrorists of iran were the four leaving cars were all meeting together and it was worth putting the operation earlier whether it was shabby's or not shabby's so when it comes to situations like that i think there there's even even before you get into unique issues about riddit on how how to fight a war but even i'd say even practical p-cloth methods evenly y'all see i think might be sufficient here but for sure p-cloth methods of its e-bore when you're dealing with the protection of a large amount of people certainly uh uh the whole state of israel with the number of Jews that are there so the circumstances have to be to be able to do something at the most appropriate time when it could save the most
lives and and lead to the least amount of of danger and because there are opportunities that self-ranchise the problem is that there's a argument made by the i think it's common escape that will got me to know it to be a huda and that says that the sacona has to be la funeta now vis-a-vis something that's futuristic you know you know the famous side of you he says because if you want to deal with futuristic he says you want to go to medical school on chadas he says you have to have the chale of fañezha the archivic common escape position is that since the the state of israel was established it's in a constant state of sacona la fañezha all the time it is it is always as if the chale of la fañezha and there is we we are in a constant state of war and but i mean i think i think you know mean there's a constant state of sacona sonnath but also it's a constant state of milkama because milkama has to be something to go i think he's anything to both we're we're constantly at war and therefore it's constantly a sacona la fañezha in a war sacona la fañezha you can do whatever you want he says we are constantly at war since then
and uh according to him you know even if the a rana event hadn't happened any car in the middle of a war but it just had happened in any time you know any any shabbat in middle of the year that you know you have the opportunity to kill the iranians he would hope say that the iranians have declared la jashmiz la hara la habaid in the taqqa's rakan he says they have a dinner sacona la fañezha that's his position i'm curious if he israeli the rabbinah agrees with this or not but i mean my entertainers are the aqqa minutes he said that regarding how these were i heard he said as it was taken captive and uh was a hostage and there was a question of whether to be poed and you you'll suck a day don't know and uh there was a meeting of their abominants in in in in america at the time are the aqqa minutes he said because we're in as manilchama put them in the slimals that uh and other said there's manilchama there's no day of pico's message of the yahit in the regular dino pico's message of any individual are pushed aside during milchama because the milchama overpowers
of the minifafina says is anis aifafina that would seem to indicate that certain uh minifafina you only do if there's milchashash pico's net fish to you and minifafina says that that that's not true by milchama well when there's a minifafina mama obviously statistically unfortunately we know that during that time on milchama there are going to be casualties and therefore if the torus is still performed the minifafina mama that means even when there are no even if there will be casualties you're supposed to you're supposed to continue to do the act even though otherwise it might be it might be generally assumed that uh we do what's necessary for the pico of net fish of the individual and therefore barifah shem was a necessary footnote and the other other hostages were freed but but he said we wouldn't be able under those circumstances to be polluted yet to be done for for real but within that idea of pico of net fish of of a state of milchama definitely in state of milchama the the sakana of the yachid is is you differently because
your your focus is on the kibur as a whole and definitely the the context of holosaneno where they know that it was very much learning within the yachid context wouldn't wouldn't apply in the same way but the niaman this was really fascinating and i thank you very much for your time they have scattered the shmaya the entire time you're in the army yes charcoe thank you so much it should only be no peace but it's about the shem let me see you i'm here with you i'm here i'm here called the better joining us primarily through all israel al-Yaddaq gold this he is the measid of smitha's cover which is in hundreds and hundreds of locations around the world a you know they give many smitha's to balabakim while working on al-Yaddaq so yes he is also a rug in ranaana he's also much fun as well full disclosure welcome and al-Yaddaq thank you so much so tell us some of the shilas i mean you're a rug of a large community to get lots of shilas you'd like to know what wore shilas have you had and the particular any during the last war with
so i'll walk you through the day shabest day when the war broke out and the shilas that started slowing so i think it was around eight to fifteen around is when the first missile siren rain our shakras minion begins at eight thirty or a minion and we still want to show what to show so it was more or less false and and then the first shilat came up was in the middle of leaning in the middle of leading our balkore i guess pulled up to middle in and it was actually fascinating he said up one second he said i'm i want to first read the part of zahar and then go and deem the kind of the nitsa of zahar so that was it so you wanted to know if you can wait a little bit as in shakras gave him a answer that he couldn't match and that's what he did but then the main shilat came a lot of the women were scared to come or they didn't want to come as unknown and what do you do with zaharling so that was that that was what i told everyone in in the shuo with that they should tell their wives at least to read from from a chlamish that's that's the best you can do we had another waning minion on and you know before minha and then we had
and then and then there was a whole shilat if we should do a second reading before port i mean it is the nitsa of reading zahar just on shavis itself which is what's the mashtag i think from the the dougal merbava the qida but could you also do it on another list could you do it on the sunday and monday in the two-bake because so the big deal i think a lot of you already had the minions set up in our bomb shelter so there was a shaila whether to do it then and i told one after i should be able to remember there's also shaila whether you can read shaila is okay at night someone in cano in in previous rounds of battle soldiers that are going to the out the whole day the whole shaila zaharling they wanted to know if the ninety four they were able to take out a six of torah and read zahar that was a fastening shaila that happened like a year ago they're also we find the ready to ramam by some chashtairi so that you can read you can read um you can take out to see the third one obviously without a brokha and read it to one some wanted to say that that that would apply to you as well uh so that was uh that was one i guess interesting uh shaila that when it was with regards to shavis al-harman but we did was we moved into the battle shelter from usus because we started getting uh sirens the first shavis and run on and there were a lot
a lot of sirens um and then and then um and then after we add our after we add our uh after we moved to busus uh some of them went to one home for their for their meals and then the the second wave of uh shaila's came in and that was what do you do if you go wash uh for this vaping fuss in our family uh you're washing for shalashimahs i think it was and then some of the family washed some of them in it and the fire was off so you go to the bomb shelter now for uh ten to fifteen minutes is that i have to say she'd wash again uh other shaila's um is it is shilamakum people are working in the old week that have been sirens so you worked uh in in in a building and uh uh and you're drinking the coffee and then now you have to go to uh siren that uh you have to go to the bomb shelter sometimes it's in a different building uh or sometimes it's all the way down in the basement it's not going to be a problem of uh shilamakum with with uh with uh with the hot and then you also have uh those were like the uh the major shilis some of the some of the major shilis that uh then we have them and also on top of the second shilis of the work people wanted to know whether they can take uh the phones out uh whether they can take the phones with them and we're talking about regular siblings not uh not soldiers uh because here in our
office you saw what happens is that you get before the main siren goes off you get uh uh a push to your phone it's like very annoying uh piercing sound that says that in about ten minutes you're going to hear the siren and if you're not near uh the clock uh you should try to get uh near one and the reason why they're able to do it is because when the blue split missiles get launched from from my van so through radar and they know where it's going to live uh so they give warning to that whole area and then usually ten minutes later you hear the the siren so people on the middle could be carrying their phones on child base itself so in order to get these uh ten minute warnings so there's some of the questions we can discuss each law and we can discuss for other ones if you ask ever you want yeah i mean in the first trial you were talking about whether you could be in a time it individually at home and from a hommage it's really in my place and is it a fee of people or the type of gavera if it's a type of people or then you would need a safer and you need a minion if it's a type of gavera then you don't just uh individual you should remember i know if that would sort of be and i think it's not like it's a little casinos and others exactly it's very little brought about this in the gamara but i want to
ask you a question in in hilton shabas we know there's a rule and if something is less than one in a thousand you're not much i'll shabas for it right but if they have solace you're not going to want to call that it's uh remote it's a one in twelve hundred that it could be uh a piquet leftish right so the question is ignoring people have been killed in his real out of nine million people so it's a one per million person risk it's it's certainly far less than one in a thousand so the somebody so now comes to question so this is you know i'm afraid to come to show the course of uh uh uh uh uh the the siren well the argument has to work out the argument is all sintered less than one in a thousand not considered uh uh uh uh uh uh uh real piquet leftish in the effort it should not patty if he is not her had it a pipe in there to show all deal with that but my understanding is that the reason why the death rate is so low but for some is because people actually listen to the uh unkaiosky listen to the to the rules that are stood out then they know they're going to get a siren
within ten minutes and then the siren saying by then they're ready in the bombshell pack uh so because there's so many people that are actually listening because uh that's why there are in far some that many uh citalities and in comparison and and you see like there were videos of uh of the bomb falling in the middle of the streets and it has to be the streets are empty because everyone is running to uh the bombshells so it could be every time one of these missiles come in the devastation can be tremendous uh so i i think that's part of the reason why why the kids is bringing a raya some of the the amount of citalities because the citalities aren't that high because people actually listen so if people if everyone is going to be out in the streets you know running to push out the zacher uh for them and also maybe you can so then the the chances would be would be much higher i don't know in fact what what those numbers would be uh and also you can do it in the safe way right there's a way to uh ask people go to the bombshellers that's what we were trying to figure out on on on on focus on uh for in itself when there was the McGill Laney so some of the shuals in the neighborhood wanted to say you can do it on zoom which is like it's the whole other side of i felt that you shouldn't do it on zoom because you have uh
you have enough warning right you have a ten minute warning you can get we did uh three McGill Laney's at nine and during the day we had them all in the bombshell there uh and and so again if that one was scared they'll be able to you know to hear it either they're ways to to go around it and also with zacher with zacher uh people did that the only thing with zacher was that it was right when the war broke out right so on on the first 24 hours he mommies don't know anything right it's like you don't it's also hard to ask fast but the level of damage i remember when the first war broke out so i'm in uh i uh i discussed to be in the fabric condition uh with the army uh called that knuckle or basically you we find an event to find i remember the first um i mean it weren't so we got pulled up and he told us to expect up to 4,000 people killed in the first 24 hours so these people told us there can be four October sevens and one day uh that's what they're expecting the the casual piece to be but even four thousand it's even four thousand is one in two and a two and a two point three thousand which is less than it will be a saqqana according to the uh the qvega and the magnavrum et cetera even the worst case in there
i lost the one in the shazam i mean the question is it's you know the in the gammara with with kites by uh brisha sarabum they say that when you look at it seaburr you have to look at the saqqana you know even if one if there's one in a five thousand chance but five thousand people are going to pay us today we we we look at that seaburr a saqqana seaburr more gravely than a saqqana fiyahid and i'm i'm just wondering whether that's something they rely on over here i would imagine that also and also there's there's i know a lot of times the the relevant israel relies on like the the morale of the nation during during war and and this there's more like uh on a tober seven so that that shabis even though uh let's say bodies are moxah alaqli right david amelik was next time shabis and he had to move in with the kicker and uh i said but they they allowed to uh to continue identifying them on shabis because it's it's the morale of a nation uh to make sure that there you know people know who's alive who's not i i don't know who passed in the last shabis but this
past shabis there was a mission to go see uh if they can retract the one around one around there's one of the uh soldiers that's that's missing uh and they flew in like through syria uh on helicopters and uh and and they tried to retrieve his body i happened to be that they didn't find them but uh but i thought it was something that it could be that the two trapping in in israel gave a green light for that uh also because at a time the war to lift them around alaqli also has some level of uh the koel nefesh i i don't know exactly i it's above my pay grade but it could be something along those lines that means to be that that incident was uh there was a lot of miracles over there alaqli is one of the one of the mma's from a very very long time ago he was he was he was a soldier i think from the i'm not sure exactly which which lebanon uh which which he worked but he's been mi acer a very very long time one of the one of the oldest one of the oldest uh half the geese that were taken i think from i'm looking now online from 1986 and uh nary that was as he was mass and pill i'm not sure what the she was married i don't know
but he he's been asleep he fell he fell in uh yeah 1986 is when he he was picking capitalist and it's all i've been looking for i've been sent those there's i think there's two uh two soldiers that are that are still from previous worst there's uh you who the cats and there's one a lot for a number correctly the right there were three that were recently brought back also from the 80s yeah let me ask you abayah dawning an issue from shayah was telling me if you ever heard them um if soldiers are living in their tank for a period right but then the gods of war went on for two years i'm up to the infuriates um is the tank clear clear than the naziza so as we're speaking right now oh i'm actually getting the early warning a line just uh to give it in life as you do the text messages you got pushed now that says that in ten minutes it's going to be uh i'm a little fire in here so it could be that our interview is going to end in ten minutes but uh we have to run for that whether the tank clear the room i mentioned that with the guys that take the naziza um i did not see that uh being asked um yeah i think so that being asked
i didn't tell you it's somebody yes somebody's living in there there's a lot of i've had a issue with right so with with regards to the naziza we we know that if it will get destroyed um so there's no key if it's put it up i could there's about like a shuna the nazi that if you know that they're going to uh destroy the naziza so we find there that there's no key if it put it up so could be that if you're going into a war battle uh the war zone uh there's high chances that the nazis will fall off unless it's like on the inside of the tank there's a way to put it in i don't know exactly how i would uh i would that would work yeah do not like um for your wife i'm like a candle in your tank there's a cold air issue that way and i think i think i think we have uh we have not to light any fires in in the tank which are filled with explosives like yeah uh there's although ammunition is in the tank um but maybe in the in the against of the old silas you have uh you know contestant light bulbs when you can use those yeah what about can you put up over the move of the tank over the opening and use it for a thicker uh because you're saying you have right share and ruby but up because the moves we've on uh move right when you have uh you find them in the mirror i mean you can make a thicker birish that you can make a
thicker than a gala right the right there's shuna right exactly yeah i'm curious have you heard of them have you heard of i haven't seen that i haven't seen that yeah usually usually we don't open the top when they're out in in battle but maybe if they're out just doing like shuna they're doing just uh watching you'll be able to uh to do that so there's a figure of collateral damage right that clearly it war you know they bomb uh uh a site and they're very low maybe you know a taxi there next to a village they even though there will be collateral damage did you do that at war right and i'm curious how logically what is the have you heard ever an opinion from the from the abandon that's why this would be nothing so there's a lot of them in the rubber no and there's different sheathe of it there's different sheathe of it it's a shasmo comma whether you need to take that meaning a lot of times in shasmo comma there's like a blanket uh actor to just to protect your sauce and protect uh protect our dish i know these really army doesn't really follow that uh as much because they are the very much care about you know the opinion in the world and they and he tried their best uh to avoid collateral damage and they follow i think like uh universal
law i don't think they necessarily uh follow what would be the the did of the uh of the could be that the universal right to whatever whatever what the universal laws would be in the court that would be would follow i think so so if i say they would bomb uh in iran if they would bomb uh nuclear reactor and nuclear uh material could escape and kill maybe hundreds of thousands of people you're saying that they would follow international law on that as well i think so where international law that everything needs to be proportionate and all silent becomes considered proportionate what's not yeah so these these islands are like above my fate great as uh like i answer like the simple uh you know like the the shul like could you bring your phone on job this and could you not bring your phone on shop that's the uh the regular stylist of uh let's talk about those charlotte local rubble together so let's do those channels and a lot of people i'm sure dealing with anxiety and stress etc right how do you deal with mental health issues and still shabby during the war so it's an excellent question and a lot of times you know being connected
to your phone when you have mental health issues does not help the contrary it uh and they say where some people are constantly checking their news and what's going on in every second and who's looking at them so that actually makes this situation uh situation a lot worse but there are people who want uh get this like 10 minute warning you know before anyone can help could i bring my phone with me on tishul on job this so i felt that uh be sure to you know uh first of all you can fail you don't have to come to shul and second of all you do want to come to shul if you live within 10 minute walk so then you have 10 minutes uh if you hear your phone plugged in and home are you have 10 minutes to get to your house once you well you get 10 minutes to get from your house to the shul if you're even through more than a 10 minute walk to your house uh so then you can have then um then then i would tell them that they should plan the route but you know there's a bombshell from this street there's a neighbor on that street also with beautiful bad archie shul that a lot of times you'll have a lot of times people whenever it's found that a lot of people leave in the front door open and and people will be able to uh to come in and and um people like people are able to run in so they'll be able to uh to do that so that that's why i felt that and also what
you mentioned before that it's not you know as you can get to the bombshell for a time it's not uh that's such a big rock message so i felt that um for that people shouldn't uh shouldn't carry the phone also we shouldn't like do so the job is then i'm just not uh there's a rise to the level of on the sharp the clock message right so so with regards to bringing a phone on job is that i self that they there shouldn't be there shouldn't be uh let me uh let me uh let me ask you yes let me ask you a question what do you think of the art argument as you could put your phone on where it has a clock on it it shows the time let's like you know right so it becomes a cliche issa and it's mucleotero's goofy and it's would be the same goofy and if i even look in this case so there's there's the whole shaila if your smart phones are uh piece of mucleotero's issa or mucleotero's custom kits people have you know their phones and the they don't just use it for other usage the center decides specifically just use for that um and and therefore it wouldn't be wouldn't be just uh it could be that it's not just a piece of mucleotero's that using it
and plus i think everyone that has a phone and they're honest with themselves then they have a smart phone when you take it out you automatically like we we have like these uh we're so big to start phone that we just randomly no we'll touch it we'll open it up we'll press the button we'll a lot of times you'll you'll have that and it's not needed um i don't think it's either if it's a shy life someone is going like far away from in city uh you know where he's walking to the hospital and he's not you need to spend a minute warning in order to be able to get to the to the to the bomb shelter so that maybe there's uh there's room to be naked there but but here i assault uh not so much that way okay where there could be one more uh go ahead where there couldn't be wait to be naked with regards to the to the phone is that mothers a lot of you have husbands here that their wives are their husbands that are in middle of them and the wives that are alone and they don't want to have the meal unsoundless by themselves so they get invited to the front house and they want to know could i uh if i'm if the friend is 10 minutes away 15 minutes away i'm going with case it takes a longer or much longer time to walk with case i want to be able to get the 10 minute warning right because also you want to make sure the kids are calm and
not uh they're not so stressed out so nobody's doing that uh in that situation so there i thought that you could put it um um what i told them is that they should take uh their phone and they should put it on the bottom of the shoulder before shout us because here what basically there's the whole suburb of us over us there but there are my pascans that when you have when the divine moxa is on a part that's not the occur of the cleat it's like a second very part of the of the cleat so that the shoulder the kid is the the upper part i think the fachani has the chew on this also so then the the shoulder doesn't become a buffus uh and then and then you can just push it around and then it would be much more good to share with us one more style that you get one more style that we got um with regard to reading uh reading the magilla zoom right would that be uh without the palm of the horse good uh to go out so you're you're you have the where i'm sure it's got the right you have a maisha who who wrote uh two you could be okay um and was like fire and brinston against it that uh that it's uh you're totally naiochi can't be that you're yochi it's not really the the cold and so when it came to like covid where walking outside or coming you know it's within
you know dollar diamonds and someone who's already managed to be killing the person but people are a lot more nah here it's like and as you saw it's you know people are going about their day-to-day life i mean if you're going to the supermarket and you're going to the all these places and you get it in the morning if there is a fire in so and and i'm sure you can drive so i saw that you should people should make an effort to be able to uh you know if it's important for you to go to the supermarket and buy so adminian and that's clear some of go on named bombshellpers and then drop drop the bombshellpers right i mean it's hard to say who who was fire against it and how he says who did you say was fire against using the zoom for a clear time ago there's some azama there's some azama was was against not to zoom he was against any electronic you know portrayal of voice like what's going on on the radio and listening on uh because the voice that you're hearing is that you have to hear the voice of the person who's saying it and when it goes through an electronical system you're not actually hearing the the call of the balkori in fact so it's tronical version of it there was a fact the voice of hearing an echo from the boy okay rebalia that thank you very much tell us about give us a little snapshot what's going on
by three others who's got five or five days shan is in uh about community locations around the world and it's not much uh incredible uh we see an amisho lower off the left hand below some of the mind english was there are some i guess uh few messages from people here next so we feel about you leave their notes in the bombshell there whenever there's uh uh siren we go in and say oh i can learn now for ten to fifteen minutes and uh until until the sirens are over and uh balko shan it's going and it's uh spreading next month or learning that luchas would not not and also stamyatum which is like all the incredible shailas of you know wine being forged especially yearnax you saw you have non religious leaders and not in yearna even in america you have you know guest finger house from them are religious non Jewish uh partners uh you know non Jewish business uh people that they're coming to kosher us on all these uh straitlers that are so so relevant to anyone who drinks wine uh or has a wine which is every you uh you know in kittish and whatever uh very practical and very little mason shailas
and how many countries are you in uh one a lot i'm sure you don't even have the uh the the stats of exactly what we're in in many one five different languages so that uh hebrew in with spanish, mushin and such so uh evolving thank you very much for valiana thank you i'll just don't think about that
