Y'all, I think about that all the time. I talk about the fact that if we hold on, so tightly the things we hold on so tightly to will stay with us. We don't really get to keep them. The more we hold on, the more we grip them with white knuckles. It is in the letting go of things. Letting it flow, that life tends to become healthier and more vibrant and more hopeful.
