Joel Nelson returns to the JMO Podcast for a career update. Joel recently accepted a position with OnX which has been a leader in the hunting industry for years with their mobile app that produces mapping and gps information. However their new department that Joel represents is an app for anglers to get a boat load of valuable information in one central location. Information such as mapping and survey data as well as satellite imagery. This app would allow you to track your time on the water and store waypoints as well. So much of what the new Fish Maps from OnX can do in one spot is what anglers would historically need to source from many different online locations making E-scouting new lakes and fishing opportunities easier and better than ever.
