Liberal Party brass are openly rigging the Liberal leadership race to ensure that Mark Carney becomes Canada’s next Prime Minister. Worse still, they’re using the CBC as their propaganda machine and openly telling the public about their cynical agenda.  On today’s episode of the Candice Malcolm Show, Candice walks us through the disqualification of Liberal leadership candidate Ruby Dhalla. On Thursday, a senior Liberal strategist went on CBC and told viewers she hopes the party “finds a legitimate reason to disqualify Dhalla” stating that she threatens Carney and would turn the debates into “a circus.” Lo and behold the next day, during a live CBC interview with host David Cochrane, Ruby Dhalla learned that she had been disqualified from the race.  Candice is joined by law professor Bruce Pardy to discuss the mirage of democracy in Canada.
