omg... I’m codependent.

Something I've been learning about myself in therapy lately is that I'm.... a recovering codependent. Blah! It's painful to type it out and say it on the podcast. But it's a huge revelation, and something I'm fully owning, so I can fully uproot and say goodbye to those days forever.My definition of codependency was someone who is clingy, needy, and couldnt survive without another.
