Oklahoma Surges Past LSU in Baton Rouge

In the second half, Oklahoma surged ahead with a quick scoring burst, stretching the lead to 17 points with about 8.5 minutes left. They held a 41-33 edge at the break after jumping out early and never looking back. Both teams sit at 15 wins and 14 losses overall, but Oklahoma improved to 5-11 in the SEC, bouncing back strong lately. LSU dropped to 3-13 in conference play, and has now lost 6 of its last 7 games.
